It was amazing to be able to receive the hand sanitizer in a timely manner and not be over priced. I only wish that shipping wasn't so much since there was a limit on the product.

Most fair and honest company ive come across during this scary and unknowing time. They allowed a limit of 2 and I'm very happy and satisfied with that. I wouldn't have believed this order would work out since several others did not for me.

I know this is not Amazon, but 4 days to ship out some tires. It seems a bit excessive in today's world. I'd pay extra at Amazon to have within 2.

Web site is user friendly and easy to manipulate. The product arrived in a well protected package. The product appears to be well made, well engineered and effective. Well done process.

I was a long time purchaser of medical supplies from Care Medical. I now purchase most of my supplies from Amazon.

- Notification is terrible. What is the status of my order? "Status of Order" does not indicate which items have shipped and which are still on order. Previous orders have taken way too long to arrive.

- Care Medical orders my items from their suppliers and then bundles them for my order. If one supplier takes two weeks to deliver to Care Medical my order is delayed. Sometimes they will send partial shipments.

- Shipping is terrible. I sometimes get a shipping notification after the products have already arrived.

- Online search is really terrible. Search for "gloves" returns 46 hits. I don't want wheelchair gloves. I want latex exam gloves. Search for "latex gloves" returns 246 hits. That's useless.
The search engine should union (and) the search terms not disjunction (or) the terms.

- Customer support is very courteous and usually helpful.
- Prices - Competitive.
