Such an easy process. I called up with a query regarding my certificates. I was put through to the right member of staff straight away. The knowledge the team had on the course I was enquiring about was fab and they made everything easy to understand. Their staff are always friendly and happy to help. The training passport is such a great way of keeping up to date with my training. Its made my personal development so much easier to maintain!
