Following a holiday accident, my elderly mother required transfer from Bristol airport to A&E in Wales. The booking process was easy and transparent (with all costs and options clearly explained), the communications were clear, the co-ordination of the pick-up seamless, and the kindness and care show by our driver, Nadun, was exemplary.

A brilliant service all-round, and even more important and appreciated due to the difficult circumstances that had led us to seek this service. I would have no hesitation in recommending the CareSafe transport service to anyone else in similar need.

We booked transport to move our mother from her home to a care home, in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. The whole experience was smooth and seamless, from the booking process to the check in call the day before and then to the transport itself. Our driver (Ekbal) arrived on time and helped us get our mother into the vehicle (in her wheelchair), including waiting while she got ready to leave. He drove safely and efficiently (in a nice warm car) and then helped us get her out of the vehicle at the other end. All in all it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Care Safe's service to anyone else with a similar need.

We were visiting our Aunt in West Drayton and needed a wheelchair transportation to a restaurant.
I booked everything from Germany and received confirmation calls prior to the pick up date.
Mustak Ahmed, our support care, came to pick us up. Everything was very well organised. Mustak was great in helping us with our Aunt and securing her wheelchair.
He is a very competent and lovely person.

From the first phone call which was answered promptly and professionally to the delivery of my Aunt to her new care home everything went smoothly, exactly as hoped for.
The courteous driver Sayduz and the carer Ashik were lovely and very careful with my aunt.

This is the first time I have used Care Safe and on my experience I would thoroughly recommend them .

I used them to transport my 95 year old mother from her Care Home to my house some two hours forty five minutes away , she is wheelchair bound . They provided a carer as well to be with her and she arrived extremely happy with the journey she had had . They were extremely caring and attentive on the journey and a very good driver she said . I found both the carer and driver to be most professional. They called me to let me know she was onboard and were leaving .

I would therefore thoroughly recommend this company for someone needing to transport an elderly person travelling on their own.

They came early, had all the right equipment and treated my mum with care, respect and humanity.
They were excellent, would definitely recommend.

Naidj who was our driver was the epitome of kindness , professionalism and compassion . His personal approach made an extremely challenging situation with my Aunt much much easier . He accompanied us all the way to her new care home room . I cannot praise this company highly enough .
