Very quick shipping

Very quick shipping. I ordered on Saturday and received the package on Tuesday. I had been ordering from Amazon, but Carewell has better prices and just as quick shipping. I will be placing more orders in the future.

My delivery was super quick

My delivery was super quick. I was told 3 days and it came the next day. I ordered a medium women’s boot but I think I got a medium men’s. It still did the job. I’m just so thankful for the quick delivery!!!

Pure Wick is the answer

I cannot say enough good things about Pure Wick. I had only used them in the hospital. After many unsuccessful events at home, my sister purchased the Pure Wick for me and I honestly had the first complete and most restful nights sleep I had had in months. It was a little pricy, I could not afford it and Medicare does not cover it, but the results was so worth it.

People make Carewell a company to do…

People make Carewell a company to do business with. Not their systems which are in transition. In the dark ages to be exact. However I am not going to penalize people for their problems with systems locking my account when it should have automatically merged 2 accounts with an older order. And the accounts should have merged into one account rather that cost me the customer waisted time and phone calls to straighten out a technical problem they termed potentially fraudulent. Poppycock. Nothing even nearly fraudulent. It was a simple matter of poor systems which interpreted my attempt to buy two items to be sent as a fraud issue. Please no verbage about how security conscious Carewell is. They need class "A" developers not clueless software and troubleshooting personnel. And this review was prompted by Carewell.

First time customer ordered multiple…

First time customer ordered multiple boxes of briefs and they forgot to send a box of the briefs. I had to call 8 days later and ask what is going on. It's a bad look for a first time customer.

I placed Order #422**** on December…

I placed Order #422**** on December 4th, with expected delivery between December 6th to 8th. I am now finding that the expected delivery date is December 10th.

The PureWick female external catheters were for my 99 year old mother that was entering hospice care. It is now nearly 10pm on December 8th with no product, and she is now within a day of death so I will need to get return information to send this product back for credit.

I now find out these items are not retunable for refund even if in the unopened box.

If I could give a zero star rating I would have

I placed an order for my mom which was shipped on 10/21. Late November, found two packages were defective upon opening them to use. I emailed the company in the morning and received a reply shortly after. Andrea set up an immediate replacement for the defective items and they were shipped. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quick and efficient way this problem was handled. Great customer service! I would not hesitate to do business with this company again! Thank you.
