I haven’t heard from Sylvia since Wednesday 18th February. She is not answering my calls or messages.
I had to take the car back to Milton Keynes to fix the AdBlue injector, and I live in Lancashire.
The garage isn’t even a Jaguar Specialist.

We take situations like this very seriously, especially when it involves our dealer partners. To clarify, payments are only released once all lender conditions have been fully satisfied and the deal has been formally approved and completed. If funding was not issued, this would have been due to outstanding requirements or a change in the lender’s decision at final stage.
