im from england. i rented a car from Eurocar in wolverhampton. i paid upfront followed all that was required. when i got to the car company they told me i could go as the price they given me didnt include collition damage waiver and couldnt release car because there was a £100.000 eccess. hower i could reduce this by paying £280.00. been intouch with the customer support and i feel i have been fobed off.

i have gone though the app and i cant see any option to add this on at point of sale.

im still waiting on them 10 days later.

They put my reservation on pending and charged my credit card, and nobody reply e-mails and calls

Be careful with these people, once they have your money they will not refund for nothing in the world. Was affected by the Corona Virus and they refuse to refund me the money. The company just shows lack of simple ethics, every other legit corporation such as Jet Blue, Expedia, and Groupon refunded me no issue at all and all had no refund policies as well. They just show no care to the customer. Not recommended as far as I’m concerned.

We rented a Corvette Stingray convertible from car hopper, picking it up in Vegas and driving through L A, Big Sur, Sonoma Valley and returning to San Francisco. The service was perfect, having the car clean, ready and on time in Vegas. The consistent contact with us before we arrived to ensure everything was accounted for, was awesome! Highly recommend their service and their cars.

My wife and I rented the Range Rover Supercharged in LA. The pick-up was very easy and professional. There was no wait and our car was ready for us before we even got there. İt was detailed, cleaned, and the gas tank was filled. The car was brand new with very little mileage. When we asked to extend our reservation, the process was simple and hassle-free. We will definitely be back.

One of the best experiences that I've ever had in a car rental. Excellent service at all steps. The agent helped me in every detail to create the best birthday gift experience for my boyfriend. I had little problems like change of day, and the agent was always willing to help me. I definitely recommend for everyone and I will certainly take these comments to my friends and family in Brazil.

Best experience I’ve had in a long time. I rented a Ferrari 458 Italia in Vegas. The process was easy, staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was fitted in what I wanted. My experience was top notch! I needed a hard-to-get 4 door Jeep Wrangler in San Francisco that I could drive all the way down the PCH to San Diego and this was the ONLY place I could find that could meet my needs. It was seamless! The drop off and the pick up was smooth and quick. They made it so simple and effortless. My representative was THE BEST and she made sure things went perfectly! She was AMAZING!!
