Fantastic service .. Hollie helped me get finance and a lovely car in no time She was understanding of my situation and reassured me at all times thru the process ,as previously been let down with finance .. recommend 💯 .will be back in the future when need a another vehicle

Hollie who dealt with my case (which was very complicated) was the only reason I managed to continue with the entire situation.

I bought a car in november, had no end of problems, dealership dragged their heels until the end of March. Hollie was continously chasing them for me, she was keeping an eye on cars, making sure the finance agreement stayed as it needed to be so we could get cracking as soon as the refund was processed.

She checked in with me to make sure I was ok because obviously it was a very stressful situation to be in. She made sure I was updated constantly, she told me how every process would work and unfold. She did absolutely everything she could and more to not only sort the situation but also to keep me from going insane.

She was personable, professional and most importantly, effective.

Not one single negative thing to say about Hollie, quite frankly she turned what could have been a really bad experience into a positive one and I am now happy in my new car and it is all thanks to her.

Next time im on the lookout for a car, I will be going straight to Hollie

We applied for finance on a new car with may other finance companies and via other brokers too and kept getting knocked back! We tried Carki as a final attempt to be approved for car finance and we were lucky to have such an amazing employee called Hollie. She was down to earth and very understanding! She got us approved for finance that worked with our budget and we now have a new car… finally!! Super happy with the customer service and experience provided by Hollie at Carki! I told her she needs to tell her manager she deserves a raise.. so I hope she gets it ;)! Unfortunately as she went on annual leave whilst the purchase went through, we wasn’t able to complete our sale with Hollie but we completed with another colleague who was also very good at their job! Thanks guys!

Straight forward quick process

Cannot believe how amazing Hollie was when arranging finance for our new car.
She was down to earth, honest, and did absolutely everything she said she would. Finance was arranged so quickly and without issue.
