Prompt attention to my 4kg order. From my experience of previous purchases of Carleschi pasta, I can also appreciate the quality of this product. I've sampled other types and suppliers but this Emmer Casarecce is the most satisfying for me. Casarecce has just the right capacity to retain sauce such as basil pesto, and just right for the journey by spoon from plate to palate.

Delivery was efficient and quick, I have previously bought their pasta through Hodmedods. Really good pasta, whole meal pasta I have had in the past has always been rather solid but this has great texture and good taste.
I also recommend the slightly hypnotic videos on instagram showing pasta being extruded.
