This would have been a 5 star review until my car I bought last year needed it's annual service.The car needed a 5year/50000 mile service which is oil and filter and check/inspect everything else.Carlingo had stamped the service book at 4years/40000 miles whitch is a major service that includes air and pollen filters,spark plugs and brake fluid replacement,the latter being a safety issue as brake fluid absorbs moisture over time making your brakes less efficient,however they only did the oil and filter ! this ment that had the garage I took my car to not looked at the condition of the air filter which was very dirty and then went further and removed the pollen filter (it was falling appart) I told them to replace them along with the spark plugs and brake fluid (all a year late) otherwise had I waited till next year when it was due its next major service these items would have been 4 years old (it had a major service at 2years,I have a copy of the invoice from the dealer)

It all started with Carlingo having exactly the vehicle I was looking for with the required spec. and at a fair price. Not an easy task. All the team I had interaction with were knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy. The process from initial test drive to sale completion was handled professionally, including the handling of a part exchange vehicle and all the transfer requirements with DVLA. Even the after sales team were able to quickly resolve a missing key from one of the fobs. Great vehicle. Great service.

Reasonable price. Very friendly, helpful staff, both when I first looked at the car and then subsequently collected it.
However, the amount of paperwork involved, (plus a 7 minute recording to listen to ) was ridiculous. We spent more time dealing with forms and sorting paperwork than discussing the car!

Stuart and Joey were very efficient and made the buying experience easy and pleasant. We would highly recommend this company. (Hope you get the big one Joey).

We have bought from Carlingo twice now in the last two years - our last experience was this last week when we bought a VW UP and exchanged a car we had not had for very long.(a bad buy ). Josh at Carlingo was very helpful in helping me with that. I was helped by Sam when I took the car out for a trail run which went well. When we came back to the garage for the hand over it was handled by Joey and he was very pleasant. All in all we are very pleased with the service from Carlingo. I would recommend Carlingo anytime especially as the garage is expanding at the moment and it’s a pleasant place to be with friendly staff.

Thanks for looking after us all throughout the process. Even though we walked in without an appointment we were made to feel welcome. Right balance of space to browse but on hand and knowledgeable when needed.

It’s been the easiest car I’ve ever bought no bullshit sales phoned up about car the sales lady told me about the car to give me the confidence to pay deposit without even seeing the car I came down next day went for test drive car was everything she told me 2 days later I’m driving home in the car the hand over was quick and easy I would definitely recommend my daughter will purchase her first car from you as soon as she passes her test 10out10 many thanks

I was offered a good value for my current car, they searched specifically for a car to meet my (narrow) requirements and kept me up to date regularly through the buying process. I wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want and they didn't try to persuade me on to car finance. Really pleased with the car and the service, thank you!

Carlingo were fantastic from start to Finnish but the best part of my dealings with Danny at carlingo was the purchase of my Fiat 500 it was so easy and I’m so happy with the car and it got delivered straight to my front driveway. From entering the carlingo site everyone was very helpful and the whole process of part ex and buying another car was absolutely amazing. Jimmy was so informative and Amy made handover smooth. Can’t fault them at all. Would definitely buy there again.
