A big thank you to all who have posted reviews as to how terrible Carllo company and its shoes are!! You have saved me more than just money. You have, more importantly, saved me from time, headache and tension, which translates to bad health. If nobody has given you a thumbs up so far it is because so few people have thought to buy these shoes as most know to avoid buying unknown brands online as they cannot even see the real product. Also, the review website, Trustpilot in this case, requires one to sign in even to give a thumbs up or down.

Crooks.
Dreadful quality.
They sent the wrong size and refused to replace unless I sent another $20!

Made two attempts to buy a pair of shoes clearly stating my uk size when I received first pair were one size too small - they refused to have returned I was told I could keep them if I agreed to pay another international postage I agreed.
When second pair arrived they too were a SIZE TOO SMALL !
I demanded a full purchase refund plus postage cost to return them they offered a 50% refund- I agreed they deviously refunded 50% of POSTAGE ONLY !
Now I am left with shoes that don’t fit
DONT TRUST ANYTHING THIS COMPANY OFFERS!

Delivery time is unacceptable. I’ve been waiting almost 10 days and still nothing. In transit for about four days up util now and the rest of the time was waiting for the package to be picked up. Sent their unhelpful email address requesting an update on the estimated delivery date and I was sent the tracking number. I already had the tracking number. No help at all😫😫😫. The item I ordered was advertised on an Australian News website and when I reviewed the company information prior to the purchase, I noted that the company had warehouses all over the world including Australia, so my assumption, which was obviously incorrect, was that the item would be shipped from within Australia. Incorrect….the item is being shipped from China. That obviously explains the delay. Still waiting for my delivery. Stay away from this company until they find a reliable and reputable shipping company. Clearly crap Chinese shippers are a waste of of time

These are terrible shoes: unfortunately my husband ordered them before looking at reviews. The shoes DID eventually arrive, but were made of plastic and looked nothing like the photos on the site. Lesson learned.

Realised I made a wrong decision when no response to email request for an eta was unanswered.
Shoes finally arrived but wrong size, have emailed many times with no reply.
Look like a really cheap version of the illustration.
The website shows the "SHOP CLOSED" every time I have looked and the only phone number I found does not connect,

Do not buy from this company (cowboys), they send you wrong size then because of the cost of return postage ask for 20dollars 17.50pounds they'll send you another size and you can keep the first pair they sent which are useless to you. And all this while you've waited almost a month. A SLOW BOAT TO CHINA SPRINGS TO MIND. 1

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of size 9½ shoes from them which is shown on the invoice. They sent a size EU46, which is 11/12. Way, way too big. I asked them to replace or refund. Over the next 2 weeks, they persistently asked for either an extra $20, and they would then send the right ones. 50% refund, and I get to keep the wrong size (useless). A full refund once received and checked if I pay to ship back to China. I refused all of these and insisted on a full refund. They will not do this. Will be taking this up with Mastercard. DO NOT BUY FROM Carllo.
