Disappointed
I was pleased with the website and ease of navigating the purchase. However, it’s 3 or 4 days since my purchase and all that has been done in sending me my purchase is that they generated a label for my package. Which they did on the day of my purchase. I’ve never seen a website sit on delivering the item purchased for 4 days. Very disappointing.

The club that I ordered was exactly as described and was delivered quickly. I was kept up to date concerning the delivery process to include a 1 day delay due to a late truck arrival. Excellent customer service from both Carl’s Golfland and UPS.

this was not a very good trade in experience.. I realize you are using a 3rd party but 7 weeks to complete a trade in is just not acceptable... i have purchased from Carl's for years and you guys are the best in the business but the response to this transaction was not good.. hope you do better in the future.
