I recently ordered a new PXG Lightning…
I recently ordered a new PXG Lightning 10+ Max driver from Carl's. Added several customization options. Expected to wait a few weeks for it as I have ordered several sets from PXG and they usually take awhile. The new driver showed up in 10 days.After playing the Lightning, I was so impressed that I ordered the companion 3 Fairway from Carl's with the same customization options. Looking forward to the new Fairway wood! Thanks Carl's!

Trade-in fiasco
Before I purchased the fairway wood, I called and spoke to Customer Service rep regarding a trade-in. I needed the box from the purchase to send in the trade-in club. My question to the Customer Service rep was how my trade-in amount could be credited towards the purchase of the new club. He stated to type within the instructions box when I did the trade-in asking to have the credit applied against the purchase, and to include the order # of the purchase. I did as he instructed and a week later, I receive an email saying I have a gift card balance. Someone didn't read the instructions or simply ignored them.

The deals and selection are great! The website is easy and straightforward to navigate, and my order was processed and shipped fairly quickly.
