The good reviews are obviously fake. The units hardly ever report accurately and are virtually worthless. 3 YEAR CONTRACT! Heavy cancellation fees. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We have been users since 2018. Recently, the functionality reading odometers stopped working. They had no answers for us, so we decided to switch to a competitor (who was less than half the price). When we went to cancel the contract, it turns out they have individual 12-month contracts for each one of the devices we have added, and we have to buy out each one of the individual contracts if we want to leave. Since we bought these units in different months, there is not point at which we can cancel and not pay a penalty. Insane and deceptive business practices.

This program is the worst! It absolutely doesn't do as advertised. When we expressed our displeasure with the program multiple times, asked for asssitance and still nothing we decided we wanted to cancel. Rather than being concerned about their customer being dissatisfied, they reiterated their contractual obligations and actually requested 24k to cancel! Buyer beware!

Awesome customer service. In the few times that I have had issues with billing or configuring the app, or questions in general about there service, they have gone above and beyond in customer support.

The service does everything that is designed to do well.

Overall I would highly recommend, 10/10.

Carmine has allowed us to add value to our outside sales reps by capturing data and presenting it in a meaningful way. Their staff has been exceptional with any request we have asked for. I could not imagine a better software for our fleet monitoring. We are a very satisfied customer.

Our service company has been a using Carmine for a few years. We have always received hands on attention thru Customer Support. They walk us thru install, report understanding and even help provide detailed information when tracking devices have been tampered with. If your company is large or small the product and service Carmine provides is great and their price is competitive. I would highly recommend them for your business GPS tracking needs.

Carmine customer service is off the hook. I wish all my vendors could offer the same experience.

Not only does Carmine provides such great customer service but the accuracy of the GPS tracking is excellent. The people I speak with are always helpful and friendly. I am in NJ and they are in California but I never have an issue getting help when needed. I run a seasonal business and they have customized my plan to fit my business needs. I have used them for several years and would not go any where else. Definitely a 5 star company.

My wife and I own a small cleaning service with a "fleet" of three vehicles. We were looking for a GPS tracking system and came across Carmine. After speaking with Eric Hanson we decided to give them a try and have never looked back. Carmine provided the GPS tracking we were looking for and so much more technology we did not know we needed. Where are the cars, when did they leave, arrive, speed alerts, braking alerts, idle notice, crash notice, even check engine notice with a diagnostic suggestion, eg "bank 1 timing".The GPS tracking is impressively accurate. So much that I won a moving violation court fight and can direct a team into the client in an area they have never been in. We have been with Carmine since November 2015 and have been repeatedly impressed with the level of customer service. They monitor my account and look for anomalies and inform me. In short, Carmine is a solid 5 star recommendation for Service, Technology, Value.

I would recommend Carmine to any fleet company wanting to keep an eye on your fleet and your drivers. With the real time they use and the geo fence you can create, you can tell if your drivers are where they are suppose to be. You can even put in addresses of where they should be and you will get notified if one of your vehicles enters that address geo fence.
