The reason I started my model car collection
I initially was hesitant to start collecting model cars, particularly F1 models. After much research, I finally knew what I wanted my first models to be and a quick google led me to CMS. The products I purchased arrived as expected, and well packed. I have a lot of positive experiences with their AMS site for model aircraft, so I didn't think twice about browsing the F1 catalogue on CMS.
I can't speak much on variety, or how up-to-date the models are, as I'm new to collecting car models. However, what I do know is, once I do find a model I'm after, CMS is the first place I'll check.
I have not had any experience with the customer service with CMS, but if it's anything like AMS, I know any problem I may have will be put right.

Excellent buying experience and the same level of great customer service I experienced when using the AMS sister site. Competitive pricing, quick delivery and items well packed. Manufacturing defect with one of the models was resolved very quickly, professionally and courteously. Not the biggest range of stock but if they have what you want then I’d highly recommend them 👌🏼

I placed an order for my son’s birthday…
I placed an order for my son’s birthday as he is F1 obsessed. A few days before his birthday, his order hadn’t been dispatched and I was panicking. The team very promptly replied to my email, (turns out I hadn’t read the terms properly as we ordered a mixture of in stock and pre-order items). The items I had ordered that were in stock were very quickly dispatched once I had explained the situation and the communication throughout was exemplary. I absolutely cannot thank the team enough for being compassionate, understanding and quick to resolve my panic. I will absolutely be ordering with this company again. I have been waiting since September for…
I have been waiting since September for an order of a helmet 1/5 scale for a young boys first Xmas. Delays for October, November, December. Now they tell me it will arrive in stock 31st of January! I bet it won't!This is just awful. They keep saying they are waiting on supplier. They dont even deserve one star. They never contact me. I have to follow up.
