What a great pharmacy
What a great pharmacy. My wife and I booked for a travel consultation as are visiting various far flung places over the next year. As a retired NHS consultant and frequent traveller I can sometimes be difficult to please but I found Ben to be very professional in his detailed approach to understanding our travel plans, our previous travel histories, our medical and immunisation histories and our risk profile and hence he came up with what we consider to be a very sensible vaccine and medication plan. Highly recommended.

Ben had great knowledge and put information across in an understandable manner so that we were able to make informed choices about the vaccines we needed for our up and coming trip to Africa. He gave some great advice in very friendly manner. The whole atmosphere within the practice was welcoming and friendly.

A good place to prepare for travel…
Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable in reviewing our options for vaccinations etc for a forthcoming trip. Our GP surgery didn’t provide much in the way of this service and recommended Carnforth Pharmacy. Easy to make an appointment via the pharmacy website.

Very positive experience
Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel totally at ease while telling me all I needed to know about vaccinations recommended for my travel destination as well as answering all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I am very grateful and highly recommend his travel clinic.
It was easy to book an appointment, the consultation is free (vaccinations, of course, involve a cost) and you receive a follow-up email with a summary of what was talked about.
Again, warmly recommend.
