I’ve been shopping for machines for about over a year now, because I was afraid of ordering overseas. I came across several websites, including Carol Esthetician I figured the best way to narrow down the right company for me is by reviews, so I searched every nook and cranny on the Internet reading reviews on every website, and I have to say the best decision I ever made was going with this company. I was still a bit hesitant when I placed my order fearing that it could be a scam or the reviews may be fake. a month and I came into my first issue with both of the machines that I bought and I reached out to them for assistance on WhatsApp, and they have been nothing short of incredible. The undivided attention and focus and dedication that they gave to the problems that I was having and the diligence they fixed everything confirmed my decision to purchase my third machine from them which I’ve been also shopping for for a while now.

I purchased my first machine from CarolEsthetician and it was an amazing experience. The machine came in less than a week safely and well packaged. I was missing the glass vial for my mister but immediately reached out to the company and Alice assisted me with an exceptional level of professionalism. I received my vial about a week later and was able to use the mister. I'm so glad I order from this trusted company and will be ordering two additional machines. I highly recommend the Hydrodermabrasion machine!

So I have been on the hunt for a very good cavitation machine I've got training I know what to look for what not to look for and I was extremely pleased to have stumbled across carolesthetician.com I am extremely pleased with the customer service and with how fast the product was delivered to me it was packaged really nice and neat I can tell that they cared about the packaging and I received my product and everything works I'm so happy and the quality of this machine is amazing, I love that I can feel how strong the RF frequency is with this machine, I'm extremely pleased and I definitely recommend anyone who's looking to buy a high quality machine whether it be for your own salon or for a home use this is a great place to order from. I have zero complaints I tested my machine for an entire hour and already lost an inch and a half on my waist so I know that the results are going to be fantastic ,I'm extremely happy with my order.

Please do not order from Carol & Esthetician. First of all they have poor customer services. I have been trying to get a refund now for over a week now on a cavitation machine, yet all I keep getting from them is to send videos. There site says nothing about sending video for an equipment to be return. They keep giving you the run around. It clearly stated you could receive a refund within 30 days. After going back and forth with them and sending more videos I simply stated this is an inconvenience. I received an email back stated they didn’t care if it was an inconvenient for me to keep taking videos. This company is awful and I will never order anything else from them. If I was you I would think long and hard before ordering from this company because they are a ripoff with poor quality product.
