Carpart Headquarters LLC sent me a bad engine stop taking my calls gave me the run around i sent the engine back the address was wrong. I found out that they moved out 1year 1/2 ago yet they still use the 1811 S loredo st. tx 78207. the rep on the phone stated he was not going to give me an rma # because I reported it to my credit card company to try to get the $1300.00 back they sent me pictures of the car the engine came out of it, which was a scam. The engine had a bad compression on the cylinder and was rusty and old. They ship from junk yards all over the states. they dont have a warehouse, they lie, give you the run around and never return your money. they said they would pay the mechanic for the compression test we had to pay him and shipping we are now out of pocket 2000.00 and have an engine in texas with no address to go to. God will certainly Judge them for there swindling scamming thieving ways.

This company sold me a motor supposedly.It had 53000 miles on it.What I received it had to tag on it said a 167000 miles.These guys ghosts me now.They won't answer my email or calls do not deal with them

Don't give your money to these crooks. I've been dealing with them for over two months now, and it's been a nightmare. Two dealerships have confirmed that the engine they provided is wrong and won't fix my truck, yet they refuse to return my $8,500. They ignore my calls, and when they finally do answer, they just redirect me to someone else who doesn't respond. I'm leaving this in the hands of my attorney. Ryan, it's time to step up! Paid for used engine from Car Part Headquarter, it failed several months later. Filed a claim for warranty with the mechanic's diagnosis that the engine failed. The company has ghosted us. We have called them over and over as well as emailed. Our son has been without his vehicle since 6/10 when we filed claim. Not one word since.

I purchased a 2012 BMW X5 engine form car part, when the engine arrived it had rust and water on the number one and number two plug, then water in the cylinder walls of 1 &2. Call them spoke with Ryan, they needed me to fill out Warranty paper did that and sent pictures, call they want answer the phone going to an answer machine, they can come get their no-good engine and give me my over $3k back. They are not a legit business

Got my engine, was installed and it is smoking. They sent me the paper work and I filled it out and sent it back. Kept calling them and no answer and NO response from them for 6/7 months. So i complained and they told me to take it off or else my paperwork was going to the bottom of the files. So when someone did answer (Chris) he told me that they had denied my warranty claim because I had made a complain. That's a bunch of BS. They don't like to be criticized

I ordered an engine for my truck and they say it got lost in shipping. They could not give me a tracking number or the name of a shipping company. I got scammed out of $1,400 and when I talk to them about it they said they would refund me and it never came through. They will not answer your calls. They will not return your emails. SCAM

I paid 1600 for a used transmission I bought 3 months ago. They have been ignoring my calls and I still don’t have the part. I’ve been in the bus and biking with my 4 year old. Very disappointed in the cowardly service.
