I’ve had a terrible experience with them I ordered a part they didn’t have it I e tried for over a week to get my money refunded and now they want to charge me 10% because they didn’t have the part just send me my 90% and lesson learned

Don’t do business with this company because the warranty is nothing but a rip off after 6000 miles the engine internals failed You will get scammed if you deal want this company worst mistake I’ve done

RIPOFF ARTISTS!! They operate under several names - Reman Transmission, Car Part Planet -
They are a marketing company, they do not rebuild anything!! Just scam brokers. 69 phone calls, 48 emails & nothing but crickets from these lousy con artists!! I’m out over $5,000.
SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY - DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM - WORST TRANSACTION IN MY LIFE, BY A MILE!! 5 months my truck was inoperable due to the “not rebuilt” transmissions they are peddling. They know nothing about rebuilding, because they DON’T DO IT.

Bought a engine with 78000miles on it and a 5 year or 36000 mile warranty (supposedly). Got 20000 mikes out of engine and 3rd cylinder compression us gone. Tried to get warranty and was denied because we change our car engine oil every 4500miles and they want 3000miles which is nowhere near industry standard. In addition the warranty was activated right when it went in the vehicle not 14days after purchase. They refused warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE they will not honor legit claims for warranty on the garbage they are selling. Just look at all reviews it is a common problem with this company.
That has been our mechanic for 7 years and has not one complaint from Dodge - or VW which is our other vehicles. Somehow your small time company supecrdes any major motor company on who does our maintenance
In addition, what does it matter how long the warranty paperwork got back. There is no stipulation on the timing as I was out of country which is of no consequence to the actual warranty. Your company has zero intent on paying for any warranty or repairs and all reviews reflect your pathetic business accumen. It is obvious that every chance your company has you will find a reason not to honor your business claims. The only mistake was not reading reviews carefully and seeing how CarPlanet doesn't treat their customers as the promise.

I ordered my transmission on October 24. It is now November 19 still have not received transmission and can’t get anyone to talk to me about where it’s at when it will be done. I’ve already paid $2800 and would really like to receive my product or get an update.
