Absolutely brilliant company, I have ordered many car parts over the years from these guys however my last order topped the lot foe excellent service, I ordered an exhaust sensor for my BMW M5 on Friday afternoon @ 16.10..living north of Aberdeen in Scotland i am used to things taking a bit longer than normal its just the geography...Saturday Morning the following day my part arrived..how is this possible ?? Absolutely brilliant service. Prices are very good, parts are quality and just everything is superb. I highly recommend Carpartsinmotion for all your spare part needs they are second to None and they are extremely helpful on top of all the above.

Ordered a part from this company for my car the parcel arrived quickly but unfortunantly no item inside the parcel which hadnt been opened or damaged i spoke to the company a man called Ryan he was so apoligetic and put anouther item in the post vis business class the item arrived the next day even though it was a saturday excellent company to deal with kind sincere and genuine definantly buy from again

Have ordered many parts from these guys, both on their website and through their ebay store. Oil filters, timing belt kits, auxiliary kits, shock absorbers & springs, brake pads & discs. All good quality items, no fake or "Temu Specials".

Parts are always spot on (I always do my parts research first & order correct to part number for the vehicle) packaging is great, dispatch & delivery is always fast.

Having had 1 faulty part (a VAG thermostat) that was just shy of 12 months old, I can confirm their customer service is absolutely fantastic. I contacted their customer service as stated on their website. Competed their warranty form as instructed, and received a resolution in less than 2 days from initial contact.

I will continue to use Parts In Motion for all of my vehicle parts requirements.

I had a faulty shock absorber which was purchased from this.source I contacted them and was refunded without delay with no question.I will definitely use this company for all my car parts in future.

This company are happy to sell substandard parts through ebay and expect you to pay for returning what essentially is rubbish. I bought an exhaust system that did not fit together on the floor let alone the car.

This company done a great job replacing the bearings I bought when the originals went missing in the post .
no quibbles and was done quickly so that is why I gave them five stars.

I have used this company four times now first class service great communication quick delivery well trusted by me would not hesitate to use these guys

Great service, ordered service parts for my BMW & one of the parts did not arrive… raised a complaint and was sent out after being investigated.. great comms, service and response.

Orderd a clutch kit on ebay only to have the order cancelled the next day with a message saying the items were not in stock surely they shouldn't be allowed to advertise items for sale if they don't have them

I ordered the wrong part from a choice of two and this always picked up by email on eBay. However, the fun was just beginning! I was told that they could not exchange the part for the correct one when I asked. And then today, I was told that I couldn't get a refund either because it has been picked and after a lot of back and forth they are sending out the incorrect part which they know is incorrect at the time of sending and have said that I should refuse the order when it's delivered (whenever that may be) absolutely terrible customer service

I made my order, I was out at the time my order was delivered.
My emails said both my packages had been delivered but only one was here, I got Intouch with the company they investigated and within 1hr had got back to me and told me there was two packages. The lady gave me a tracking number and everything was great, great communication and very helpful,
Keep up the good work, maybe tell people it would in separate packages.

I searched for parts online and then on ebay for my 2016 1.0L Citroen C3. Came across carpartsinmotion. The price for the same known brand parts from them compared to high street retailers were half so it was a no brainier. Everything was fitted alright and no issues although timing belt tensioner was somehow faulty and couldn’t get it tensioned. It was QH brand and I am not a fan of this brand anymore. I contacted the company and was advised to submit the warranty claim and I was refunded the following day without sending the parts back. The only thing is that the company doesn’t have all of the parts you order at their premises and they have to ship them from around the country but that is not an issue because they arrive on time and correct ones. The only issue is a couriers which you already know that they don’t give a monkeys … about your parts and that’s nothing to do with the seller.

Timing belt kit bought, turned up 10yrs old stock, in damaged, open Gates box dated 2015 (Gates recommend 8 yr shelf life). Under pressure, the belt and tensioner was fitted before crank bolt was noticed as missing from kit. Annoyingly customer service offered no solution or explanation. I only asked for the missing bolt to be sent out. Said they were sorry I felt this way? Used to be go to factor and have bought many times but now approach with caution, not first choice. Be warned.

Efficient and professional company ,order arrived in good time , well packaged but with some damage, full refund issued with no quibble. Can recommend this company.

The advertised egr valve part was misleading as if it was a genuine part but was a pattern item that cost me £153 quid and failed after only 500 miles of use and left my van in limp mode for a 2 hour drive they have a 30 day returns policy but would not refund me even though the egr valve was not fit for purpose not very happy with them will not use them or recommend them to any one be aware

Bought a part from them paid extra for a delivery to come with in 1-2 days which I admit come on the 2nd day. But the box was so badly damaged I was shocked that the part I ordered arrived in one piece mind you it was a flywheel. I think you guys need to do some training on packaging items so they get to there destination in a good order. Not just putting a bag around a box with no padding in it to protect the item.

Terrible! Scoured far and wide to make sure I could order all the parts I wanted from one place (parts show in/out of stock). I placed an order on Wednesday evening for next day delivery. I get an email Friday telling me half the parts are not in stock and they are coming Monday. I planned to do this over the weekend, made arrangements, moved tools etc. I got a call back on Monday explained the situation and if something could be worked out. The car mot retest time will expire and here I am looking like a fool having to start all over again a week later. They offered a £5.99 refund and bad attituide. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Good contact with the seller. Despite ordering the wrong part there was no problem with the return. Helpful seller. I recommend for future purchases
