I recently had my carpets cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Co and I am beyond impressed with the results! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Josh was friendly, professional, and thorough, making sure to explain their cleaning process and answer all of my questions. My carpets look brand new, and they even managed to remove stains I thought were permanent. The attention to detail and quality of the work truly exceeded my expectations. When Josh arrived to look at the carpet, he was very honest with me and explained the issues with it and how cleaning might affect it. When Aaron arrived to clean it, he was very polite and explained the process. After it had been cleaned Josh messaged me to check I was happy. All in all a very competent and professional company. Highly recommended.

Phoned Carpet cleaning Co. needed a bedroom carpet cleaned as soon as possible, Josh told me he was all booked up until Jan, but he managed to squeeze me in, he came out cleaned my carpet, he did a great job, left my carpet nice and clean and smelling lovely and fresh. Amazing service! I have 2 toddlers that like to walk around with their snacks whilst having a fully carpeted house in light grey, so you can imagine the state of it after 3 years of failed attempts at getting it all out with shop bought stain removers and cleaning machines.

In complete honesty I had lost all hope for the carpet and was thinking it was going to be like it until I sucked it up and bought a new one, but, with just one professional clean and I’m in absolute amazement! My carpet looks brand new and smells so fresh! Including the sofa and footstool!
I was also given tips to help with future stains and what products to avoid, which will help me going forward.
I’ll be making this a yearly clean and will absolutely continue to use this company, not only was it top quality service but just so well mannered and respectful.

I had Josh over today to clean my sofas, chairs and pouffe. He did an incredible job and was super thorough! Our sofas are pretty bad quality but he made them look brand new and we are over the moon! We will definitely use him again! Super trustworthy also! Highly recommend!

Joshua was so trustworthy , he was very flexible with when to do our carpets , he did an amazing job cleaning and drying our carpets at a very reasonable price
He even did extra cleaning at very short notice.
