Carpet Giant  Reviews

Great customer service , had sound knowledge of products , Thank you to John who was able to provide all the information we needed to make our purchase 😀

Great quality vinyl nice and thick and a brilliant price and nice friendly service. Thank you.

Great choice
Excellent service
Great staff

Purchased a carpet before. Quality service from a knowledgeable and pleasant representative. Positive previous experience earlier this year is why I called again. Cheers Vinnie.

Service at Carpet Giant in Charlton was excellent. I went in a few weeks ago and spoke to a lovely lady who helped price up a carpet - she was so helpful and patient. Today I went in to place my order and a very kind gentleman helped me. The whole order was so easy and such nice people to deal with. Very refreshing. It’s made me feel very confident now with delivery and fitting which is due in a week. Thank you for your help.

Andre and Junior were very professional and attentive from the Charlton branch. They had great attention to detail. We highly recommend them.

Great service and very pleased with or Rugs.

Excellent service from Carpet Giant but in particular we would like to thank Andre and Junior who fitted the carpets to our two bedrooms. They could have not been more helpful and took their time to ensure the best possible fit onto an old vinyl tile floor.

John was so polite and helpful, great prices too.
The nobly bobbly lady 🤣

Just had our carpets and lino fitted and it looks absolutely beautiful hats off to carpet giant and their experienced fitters good job 👍😁👍 iiii

Andy was fantastic from start to finish – incredibly helpful and efficient. He booked us in quickly to get our stairs carpeted, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. My mum is absolutely delighted with the colour we chose and how quickly we got booked in. On top of that, the price was very reasonable compared to other carpet fitters in the area. Excellent value for money and top-notch service – highly recommend!

Great customer service from Andy. Thanks mate.

John is very helpful friendly and pleasant
The range of carpets and flooring is very good
Our purchase was easy and as I said John is very good at helping you find the correct product
I cannot recommend carpet giant highly enough

Andre and Douglas did a great job today for the Charlton branch. Great service.

I went into the store for some advice with a view to purchase at a later date. I met Donald who was absolutely amazing and gave me all the info I needed! I highly recommend the company if they employ staff like Donald.

Staff at the shop were professional , polite and helpful. Carpet fitter was punctual, efficient, polite and made a great job of laying the carpet. Will definitely be usuong this company and contractor again.

Have bought all my carpets for the last 25+ years from the Orpington branch.
Sadly this has now ended as the service I’ve just received was nothing short of terrible.
The men in the shop are amazing, always so helpful but they are sadly let down by their none productive manager Patrick, who takes over 4 weeks to return communications and then still doesn’t sort a problem.
Sad - but hey ho, there are other companies about !! Certainly won’t be spending anymore money with Carpet Giant

John's customer service skills are excellent, highly recommended carpet company.

We have used the Ashford branch for 15 years now. They always have what we want, and go the extra mile.

Fabulous Guys. Long may their business continue

John was very helpful
