The castlebar store is so well laid out and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Been to other carraig donn stores over the country and this store stands out

I ordered a dress on line and TWICE put the wrong address for click and collect, emailed customer service and my problem was corrected immediately. I never had such excellent customer in my life.
( and I am a long time around) The lady that was looking after my mistakes was Izabel and she deserves 5 gold stars for her efficient and courteous replies to me. Well done Izabel and Carrig donn. Highly recommend them.

Shoddy workmanship! I tried this on in a size 12 in the Waterford store but you could fit 2 of me into it, and with no function to decrease the waistline, it was hanging off me. Carrag Donn do not do click & collect (why?!) I was only home for Christmas so took a gamble and had the size 8 shipped to the UK, which arrived very quickly. This has a beautiful feel to it and had it been put together correctly, the 8 would have been OK. However, the underside of the sleeves have been attached too low down so when I list my arms up, or simply move, the whole thing rises up above my bellybutton!! Just shoddy workmanship. I am 5'1" & not underweight or even close but Carraig Donn appear to believe that persons who are a smaller size also have shorter bodies and shorter arms! Another gripe I have with the design is that on one side, medially to the pocket, there is a vertical pocket (good idea) but this takes space away from the pocket on that side so the whole hand does not get into the pocket!!! So disappointed in this lovely looking and feeling fleece and whoever designed it and decided on the measurements for the sizes, should be shot. It cost me €10 to have it shipped and would cost even more to return it so it is probably not even worth return. Do better Carraig Donn. Ps why is there no way to leave a review on your own site?!! Pls respond to this if you can be bothered.

I was in Carriag Dunn in McDonagh Junction on 30.12.25. I was given great advice by a shop assistant (I think her colleague called her Aine). I was making purchases to send abroad and she was most helpful. She was clearing stands of Christmas stock but she gave me time and answered my questions. Most helpful.
When I went to pay her colleague served me. She was equally as nice and when I told her the gifts were for 2 different people accommodated me with packaging for them. I actually commented to her how nice they were, how it was lovely to be treated so well by 2 professional Ladies and she smiled and said thats our job. Well Carraig Dunn I hope you appreciate these 2 Ladies because they know how to do their job exceptionally well ...in fact they should be training numerous other stores where sales assistant service is either poor or awful !!!! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 to these 2 Ladies.

I visited the Carraigdonn store in Golden Island Shopping Centre, Athlone on 15th October, 2025 and was greeted by a lovely, friendly shop assistant whose name is Mary. She asked if I would like any help to which I replied, “Yes please!” I told Mary what I was looking for and I chose a dress which I liked. Mary showed me several outfits which she thought I might like and showed me where the dressing rooms were. I tried on a variety of dresses and asked Mary’s opinion on each dress. She gave me honest, straightforward advice which I really appreciated. She gave me plenty of time to consider each choice and when I had chosen my dresses she found beautiful jewellery to enhance each outfit. It was a wonderful shopping experience for me as it was for my friend who was also shopping and was looked after so capably by Mary on the day. I was thrilled with my purchases and can honestly say that Mary is the most helpful and capable shop assistant who I have met in a long time. Nothing was too much to ask for and I am delighted to recommend Mary as a wonderful shop assistant. I am looking forward to shopping in Carraigdonn in The Golden Island Shopping Centre in the near future and I will be looking out for my own personal shopper Mary. I passed the store later on that day and called in to thank Mary once again for all her help and because she is such a warm and friendly lady I gave her a big hug of thanks. She is fantastic at her job and Carraigdonn in Golden Island are extremely lucky to have her on their staff. Well done Mary and sincere thanks.

I had placed an order online for store collection and unfortunately I had selected the wrong store!! This store was many miles from me! Customer support and a lady called Kerry could not have been better and ensured my order was sent to my store of choice. Very grateful for this as was a gift for my mother.

Last week myself and my friend went shopping to Carraig Donn in Athlone. It was such a lovely experience thanks to Mary, one of the shop assistants. Mary listened to what we were looking for ..brought us outfits and jewellery in the changing rooms and helped us decide on colours and styles.Mary was honest and we are absolutely delighted with our purchases. What an amazing sales assistant!!Thank you Mary 🥰🥰🥰

I visited Carraig Donn at Golden Island Shopping Centre, Athlone on Saturday 11/10/25. I immediately was met by Mary who started to help me from the word go.......she actually became my Personal Shopper. She worked effortlessly and with as much interest in sorting me out with a complete rig out even down to the co-ordinating jewellery. I must say she had a great flare and this even showed in her own style. What a great stress free experience. Thank you so much Mary. We need more of your friendly, courteous and helpful kind of people in our shops.

i went shopping last Sunday 28th Sept. I was looking for a dress for a wedding. when i went into the store this lovey lady called Mary asked me could she help. i told her my story and immediately we set to work. she brought in 5 or 6 dresses to me and i tried them all on. Mary was so helpful and patient. in the end i picked the first dress i tried on which she had picked. We had a great chat during all this. i will definetly go back to Carrig Donn Athlone Golden island s.c.

Ordered a mirror online to be delivered. Arrived in a damaged box and when I opened it and took the mirror out the frame was chipped. Very disappointed 😞

Recently I’ve had a few unpleasant experiences in the Marshes Dundalk store. The lady was extremely rude & the customer is an inconvenience. There are other girls working there who are a bit younger & a pleasure to deal with , maybe this lady could take some advice on customer service from them. Won’t be visiting again.

I ordered some Galway Crystal wine glasses - website was brilliant really easy to find what you wanted and order and pay - the delivery service was then brilliant - very reasonably priced and the glasses arrived very quickly indeed. Altogether an excellent service and I'd recommend any day!

Terrible quality and do not offer free returns unless in store.

Compliments to the 2 H’s working in the Carraig Donn store in Jetland limerick. They were excellent to deal with, super efficient and sorted out my issue.

Tralee store manager, very rude and dismissive, would discourage you from returning.

Be aware returns have to be paid for and just been informed due to customs (?) refund can take 6-8 weeks ! In 2025 this is very poor! Will never order again.

I visited Carraig Donn Athlone yesterday. The layout of the store and the way the clothes were laid out made it easy to navigate and see all the clothes . Staff were friendly and very helpful especially Mary. I needed help in matching an outfit together and she went all around the store finding the perfect jacket to match my dress. I left the store delighted and confident I had the perfect outfit thanks to Mary.

I visited Carraig Donn Carlow store last Saturday the store was spotless all of the fashion items beautifully co-ordinated and all of the staff were so nice and helpful especially Rebecca who is an absolute gem a real asset to your company. Thank you Rebecca. Based on my experience and the customer service I received I will definitely be back.

Visited Carraig Donn Athlone today. The staff in the shop were all so friendly and helpful. Mary, in particular helped me shop for an upcoming trip ... it was like having a personal shopper all to myself! Thank you Mary for your advice and guidance with my purchases, it was much appreciated. X
