Sarah, the owner of this small business, was very responsive from the moment I made contact to enquire about a Gucci handbag they had on sale. After negotiating the price and securing the bag it was shipped promptly and I received it the following day. I’ve never had prompt delivery and such impeccable customer service in all of my shopping experiences. Highly recommend. 5⭐️
