Government or which ever watchdog that o er sees Internet sights must must start an investigation into this particular website.
They do not reply to their messages.
I am going to reach out to my firm of 2 payments for services which they did not reply to questions on my first do it caused me to purchase a second one to verify information.
This has been 3 weeks and no reply from their team members.
Turned out my vehicle had a Financial Hold after their site said it was not on Finance.
Will be searching all sources to see how they canve held to account.

Absolute rip off clearly says free report no hidden extras ok accept you have to give email to get report but then it asks for payment options if I could leave no stars I would AVOID

Scammers, paid and no report

Paid for report and the number of owners did not match and the number of number plate changes were different. Can’t reply to there email even tho it says you can, they just bounce back saying not recognised!

Basic search shows high chance of being stolen so I pay for the report based on the warning and the report is completly clear. Tested with other cars and the same issue.

It's a fraud. I wish and hope their website could be taken down. I paid £5,95 for a quick history check, but u knowingly they deducted £39,90 three times from my account. Carscheck is a fraudulent website.

Scam company, will dispute the payment

Absolutely no feed back to my request for the report to be sent by email. No phone number to ring just an online form that doesn’t get answered

Absolutely misleading and highly likely a scam.
I specifically purchased a.ful check ✅ on my Car because when registration entered I highlighted In Bold Check before purchasing pills serious issues with this car,Well turns Out nothing absolutely Nothing wrong or found But everything I already knew £12.99 out of pocket seems trivial but multiplied by hundreds of customers mislead becomes a scam.

Like many others reviewers I feel conned. When I entered my registration number the website suggested there were serious issues with my car and I should purchase the full report. Surprise surprise the full report was absolutely clear. I've emailed 3 times asking for a refund and have been ignored. Have now requested a charge back through my credit card so let's see if Carscheck challenge it. Avoid them at all costs.

Scam. Doesn't give you the correct information on the report

DO NOT USE - As other reviewers have stated, the system presents a big warning entitled "Serious issues with ******* (reg no.)" It then goes on to say "We recommend you do not purchase this vehicle without a full check". Unsurprisingly therefore, I purchased the report, only to find there is nothing whatsoever wrong with the vehicle. Cheeky to say the least. Probably fraudulent and registered in Barcelona, there is no way to contact them other than an anonymous email form which lets face it, won't get answered. I'm asking my bank to cancel my card as I'm not happy for this mob to have those details. Look for the trustworthy sites as I should have done.

Its a con. You enter your details and it shows a screen suggesting that there is some dreadful issue with your car. When you pay the money to read the report there is nothing there. Its a con...

PURE SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Pretty much what everyone else has said - doesn't even deserve 1 star. Purchased a used car through a Toyota dealership and thought it wise to check the history.

This site showed previous crash damage and a stolen vehicle report but when I paid to get the full report, it shows no crash damage and no record of being stolen.

Avoid them - didn't reply to my email requesting for a refund having been deceived.

Dodgy site. They give you a partial report of the car with a load of stuff blurred out. Including what appears to be information on crash damage.
When you pay them for the actual report it has none of that. Do not use.

Ended up on this site by accident after mis-typing the site name. Almost identical to another of a similar name, which has a 4.5 rating! Then alarm bells rang with the warning that it was flagged as potentially being stolen - I am the only owner of my car and it definitely hasn’t been! I was about to pay for the full report but luckily for me the PayPal and Apple Pay links didn't work - I assume they’re after credit card details. AVOID

What an absolute scam . We are purchasing a motorhome . Put in the reg details . Quote this vehicle has sustained serious damage to the front and rear . Paid and Downloaded the report , guess what No Damage reported. Scam Scam SCAM . Avoid at all costs they are just ripping off for you hard earned cash . !!!!!!
