Carsultant Reviews

Ali was exceptional, and we were so glad we hired him to help us find our first family car. He is honest, thorough, and truly goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Quick to respond and the best customer service. Not only that, but he really tries to get you the best deal possible for you with no kickback to himself. Very knowledgeable about cars, Ali made the process so much faster and easier than it otherwise would have been. Hire Ali!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, very professional nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I first got in touch with Ali to enquire about a car I’d seen advertised, but it didn’t quite have the spec I was after. There was no hard, pushy sell at all. Instead Ali took a note of my requirements and contacted me a little while later when he had something that fit the bill perfectly. The car was exactly what I wanted and I bought it soon after. It had a 12 month mot and 12 month warranty for peace of mind. We liked Ali so much that we ended up part-exchanging our existing car with him as well. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ali has provided an excellent service throughout the buying process. He is so kind, friendly and very professional and I would not hesitate to use his services again. I would extremely recommend his company to find you the right vehicle. A very trustworthy person.

Amazing service from start to finish and I bought a beautiful car at a great price. Ali was friendly and supportive at every step, and never pressured me into purchasing something I wasn't comfortable with. He was generous with his time and I can't recommend his service enough.

Wow, this is what service is all about, brilliant from start to finish, Ali found me a car that is absolutely top draw, i cannot fault it in any way ! Ali's professionalism in the way that he engages with you, making sure the car he has found for you IS the car you want, is second to none.
I can honestly say, contact Ali A.S.A.P if you are in the market for a new car, you will not be disappointed with Ali, his service, his professionalism and the car.

High quality product and the best service I ever received buying and part exchanging a car.
Trust is the foundation of any relationship or business transaction and I am quite a skeptical person especially when doing business with people I dont know and especially around cars because to be honest I dont know a lot but know some things to look for.
from the first moment I spoke to Ali I had a good feeling and the car I bought was offered to a high standard and quality. the Service Ali provided was flawless and his honesty, integrity and conduct were impeccable and a reflection of a good person who deals professionally and with integrity.
needless to say the trust was and is still there and he truly exceeded my expectations.
I am genuinely pleased with my car and sincerely recommend Ali to anyone looking to get a great car from a great guy, Thanks again !

100% positive experience selling my car to Carsultant. The whole process was a pleasure. Ali is a genuinely good bloke and he runs a very ethical and professional business.

I wanted help in finding a first car for my daughters. Ali was very helpful and we found just the right one through his hard work. I very much recommend him. He takes the stress out of car hunting and all that goes with it.

Sold my car to Ali. Extremely friendly and was very thorough. He was honest and to the point and didn’t try and make up issues to undercut me on price. Offered a fair price and transferred the funds and ownership there and then. Very easy process!

Profesional and friendly service, test driven vehicle for an hour, honest person, gave me a great deal and even a little present after purchase, had a great experience and I am very happy!

Trustworthy, very helpful and very generous with his time and extra service. Highly recommended.

Ali was a pleasure to work with, he was very friendly and honest. I had some major train delays on the day I was due to pick up the car and he went out of his way to pick me up from the train station.

It’s been a an absolute pleasure buying a car from start to finish and would be recommending Carsultant to friends.

Unbelievable buying experience with Carsultant. We had a limited budget and a VERY urgent need for a solid reliable vehicle, essential for a daily commute to work. Ali gave us complete A1 service. Did the standard things - inspection, test drive, showed service and MOT history, however in completely unhurried and extremely comprehensive fashion. We felt trust in his honesty, and faith in the car we had bought based on all the information we received. We were also offered help WAY beyond the standard including delivery assistance. The whole experience was extremely good. I would 100% recommend Carsultant to anyone and everyone!!!

Very pleased with the service we received from Ali. Bought a Kia from him this weekend and he was extremely helpful, informative and with no hard sell. A pleasure to do busy with.

Absolutely great! Couldn't be happier with the car purchase.
Ali was a pleasure to deal with and not pushy at all. He made sure we had a good experience and were completely happy with the purchase. Car came with 12 months platinum warranty, new service and new tyres. Ali really knows what he is doing and I would recommend anyone to consider him if they are looking to purchase a car.

Ali's service was excellent. I bought a VW Golf from him. He couldn't have been more helpful, honest and upfront. An absolute pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend.

Ali gave me the best car purchase experience I have ever had. His attention to detail and customer care is second to none. Many thanks Ali.

Ali is a gem of a person....and a great car dealer as well :). I bought a family car (Volvo) off him and I can wholeheartedly endorse him.

Very friendly, very professional and very fair. He was willing to engage and took the time to describe the car over the phone. He was flexible regarding the viewing. The car was priced well, in the condition as described. During the viewing he was happy for me to take it for a long test drive and encouraged me to look at all aspects of the car. He shared the car's history with me. He had got the car reviewed and mot'd before the sale.

Happy with his after sales service as well.i would recommend Ali to anyone who is looking for a new car!
