I genuinely thought I had snagged a good deal, but unfortunately, I've got some major gripes. First off, the place was just not clean when I moved in. I mean, how can you let a place look like that? I was expecting at least a decent standard. But that's not even the worst part. The service, or lack thereof, was a joke. I tried reaching out for some help, and it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. No one seemed to give a damn. I'm not asking for red carpet treatment, just basic human decency. I got the vibe that the landlords couldn't care less. Where's the professionalism and basic customer service? Not to mention the noise from the street. Why wasn't I warned about this beforehand? I feel totally ripped off here.
