Carter Travel Co was formed in November 2023 by Rachael and Murray Carter after many years dreaming of developing their own business. Carter Travel Co is a Private Hire specialist based in Southampton and covers the South Coast of the UK. We operate a fleet of high specification 8 seat passenger vehicles, and the business provides transport services for both the commercial and private hire markets. With a particular focus on the cruise, airport, education and commercial arenas, the business adopts a dynamic approach enabling it to cater for the general private hire market as well. Our Operator’s License and drivers’ Private Hire licenses are awarded by Eastleigh Borough Council. This ensures that our team are fully qualified to look after the safety and welfare of our customers. A fundamental part of our DNA is to deliver a superb level of customer service. This drives us to listen to our customers, understand what they want and then ensure that we deliver to their expectations. Whilst retaining a family feel, we are professional, focused and determined to make our business succeed.

CTC did an exceptional job of managing the transport for a private event in the New Forest. They oversaw the transit of 70 guests, including several VIPs coming from multiple locations including airport transfers. Murray and his team are very organised, super friendly and reliable. The 8 seater vehicles are of a high standard with AC (very important in the recent hot weather). I felt we were in safe hands throughout and highly recommend them for any transportation needs. A top notch service.

Fantastic Service!

Prompt pick up , set down close to the Stadium and we even managed a smooth collection after the show , despite the chaos all around !

We used Carter Travel Co for a transfer to & from Twickenham Stadium! Effortless booking process, super-friendly driver and an absolute seamless transfer to right outside the stadium! Would 100% recommend, superb from start to finish!

Carter Travel provided us with a great experience travelling to take a mini cruise
Carter Travel provided us with a fantastic service and experience when we travelled to Tilbury Docks for a mini, celebratory cruise. Highly recommend Carter Travel
Highly recommend Carter Travel. Our flight was moved by 12 hours, and then delayed a further 2. They rearranged our pick up with no fuss over Whatsapp and all communication was smooth and fast. Exactly what we needed after a long journey. Felt great stepping in to a large clean vehicle and our driver was friendly and professional. Thanks so much Murray for the service!

Return trip to Twickenham 1/11 for Eng vs Aus. Multiple pick up points, for 6 passengers from Winchester area. Great driver, friendly, arrived on time, picked up with no hassle on return leg, so much easier than overcrowded trains. Will definitely use this firm again

Reliable and comfortable airport transfers
I recently used Carter Travel Co for a journey to Luton Airport and a return collection from Southampton Airport, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both trips were in very comfortable, clean, and tidy minibuses, which made the travel stress-free and enjoyable for our party. The drivers were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Great professional and friendly service
Trip to and from Heathrow - early morning up and late evening back. Great service and good communication. We are using them for our our family holiday to Gatwick too and I am happy to recommend Carter Travel Co.

Travel to gatwick.
James from Carter Travel picked up 4 of us from 2 addresses in hedge end/ eastleigh and took us to gatwick early morning. he picked us up 2 weeks later late at night and took us home. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and both journeys were a pleasure. A far better service than taking your own car.

We’ve used Carter Travel on several occasions to take us and our guests to Ascot Racecourse. Impeccable service and attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble.
