TOTAL SCAM! Don't waste your money on these crooks. For one single report, they found the way to put $2.95 and $24.95 USD on my credit card. Their report was literally was garbage.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Carvalid.com. They advertise a small one-time fee (as low as $2.95 or $5) for a simple car report, but without clear consent, they sign you up for a recurring monthly subscription. Many people, including myself, were unknowingly charged $35 or had repeated attempts to withdraw money from our cards.

On top of that, canceling is nearly impossible. Even when you try before the trial period ends, their system often “can’t find” your email, yet they keep sending emails and attempting to bill you. This is deceptive and misleading.

Be warned, what looks like a cheap one-time service will turn into unauthorized charges and a headache to resolve.

Advertised a 5$ charge for a car review, and 10 days later charged 35$ for a subscription without my knowledge. This is a Las Vegas based operation. Stay away.

Unknowingly to myself they signed me up for a monthly subscription taking money off my credit card without my permission.

It is scam, they keep charging you without authorization.

The car report given was less than that from carfax with no real additional information. Then I was overcharged an additional twenty five dollars after the initial three dollar report charge for no reason.

Total scam, i should have been smarter to give up my credit car Information like that.

It is a trap when you ask for their one time car inquiry info service…

Call your credit company to have payments from them blocked. Total scammers you get no reports

Charges you like $30 after offering you a low initial few. Pretty much all of the info was missing on the report too. Total scum of a company, a complete scam. Stay away.

Total scam. Report was blank (the vin on the blank report was not even was was entered, so I'm thinking it's a standard form)

Same here, absolutely scammers. Not only they charged me for a membership, I also had nothing on my report except the name of the motorcycle. No reports at all, no previous owners ( they have been 4).
This is how they make there money and because they are in the USA you can't sue them. I just really hope to hurt them with a really bad review. So stay away.

Signed up for a trial was charged $2.95 and was told to cancel before 7 days. Before the 7 days I tried to cancel but my email will not come up in the system I keep getting emails to the email I used because they keep trying to charge me and it's being declined but I'm unable to cancel the subscription because they can't find my email in their system Total scam stay away

Hidden automatic renewal, low up front price then they start charging your credit card without warning. You must cancel within 7 days.

I paid to receive a VIN report on a vehicle I was going to purchase. Because of predatory wording in their sign up process, they ended up scamming me into a membership with a monthly fee and have been dinging my credit card for ~$40 CAD ever since. I would not have noticed had I not checked my CC transactions. STAY AWAY!

Stay away. They advertise selling cheap car report (carfax report) for 2$ and use the payment information to charge monthly subscription fees. These guys are scammers!!!
