Absolute disaster. This is either a cheap knock off or a complete fraud. This was supposedly cut to fit my specific car and did not fit in several places. I was prompted to make several modifications with sticky Velcro strips they sent with it and even then, it does not stay attached or fit correctly. My seats don’t fold up correctly or lock in correctly without me removing part of the covers. I continue to stay in contact with them for help and explained the situation, providing several photos of my issues throughout our discussion and no solution was offered. They insisted on installation error. If it’s cut to fit, and some of the Velcro is built in. It should just fit in the car, I shouldn’t be able to install it incorrectly and they definitely shouldn’t have to add additional Velcro. The adhesive on the Velcro does not stick to the covers, so it requires sewing, and even then the material is too stiff and it won’t stick to the curves of the car.

Terrible customer service. No understanding of the situation. No acknowledgment of the poor product they sold.

Very Disappointing Experience with Liberty Mutual

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Liberty Mutual after my convertible top was damaged in an accident.

My claim was handled by adjuster Harvey Jade, and I was told that Liberty Mutual would only approve the installation of a used convertible top. The specialized convertible-top shop I contacted would not install a used top, leaving me with no reasonable option through the insurance claim.

As a result, I had to pay over $3,000 out of pocket to replace the convertible top myself.

I purchased insurance expecting that, after an accident, my vehicle would be properly restored. Instead, I felt like I was left to deal with the problem and the additional expense on my own.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Liberty Mutual to carefully review what their policy actually covers, especially when it comes to specialized or convertible vehicle repairs.

My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Liberty Mutual based on how my claim was handled.

This company need to shut down because it is a complete rip-off. The delivery took at least month. the mats is suppose to have a logo on it (it did not). The customer service department is a JOKE! I order stuff online and the time and with Carvigor i had the worst purchasing experience in my life. it looks like you all have lost another customer. Thanks for nothing!

I wish I would have come here first before I ordered. It took forever to get here, I ordered in June and did not get my order until August.
I specifically ordered from here because I fell in love with the PURPLE floor mats. What I received was black with dark purple stitching. I HATE black, I am 100% a color person. They changed my order to show I did order the black when there is NO way I would have ever ordered that and did not order that!
In addition to that, the mats were designed for a hard top, not my convertible and no matter what I did, the passenger side and the back did not and are not going to fit.
They have no intention of giving you your money back, even when they screw everything up and they are nothing more than liars and rip offs.
Run, don't walk away from buying from these people

I am extremely disappointed with this product because it is not what I received based on the pictures shown when I made my purchase. The product also arrived late, which was already frustrating, but when I finally received it, I was even more disappointed by the quality. The material looks cheap and does not appear to be the same quality as what was advertised.

I paid $198, and honestly, I feel like I was scammed. I contacted customer service to explain my concerns, but they told me that even though the product does not look like the pictures, I was still not allowed to return it.

This has been a very disappointing experience. Please be very careful with this company and read their return policy carefully before purchasing. In my experience, I would recommend looking for a more reputable and trustworthy company.

Pro: The product seems to be made of quality materials and looks good.

Con:
1. I placed my order. I also paid for express shipping. Unfortunately, the product comes from China, so there really is no way to take advantage of express shipping. I expressed shipping fee was eventually refunded.

2. The fitment is not as customized as advertised. Because of the semi custom fit, I had to use a lot more of the double-sided tape, then was advertised. When I contacted customer service, I was essentially given the runaround about how to properly use the tape. I asked for more tape, but I continued to get the runaround. just gave up.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product because of a semi custom fit and customer service that was very difficult to deal with.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never do business with them again. I spent nearly $300 on custom car mats and waited almost a month and a half for them to arrive, only to receive mats that look terrible and do not fit properly.

After all that time and money, the company only offered me a $60 partial refund, which I feel is completely unacceptable considering the poor fit and overall quality of the product. The mats do not look professional, and they are nowhere near what I expected based on the price and the way the product was advertised.

The customer service and resolution were just as disappointing as the product itself. I regret making this purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I ordered custom car mats for 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum and I provided all information that was requested, however, it took forever to get and then when I did get them they was not the right size. They had me to remeasure and take pictures, then wanted my husband to attempt to make them fit and take pictures and then even my son in law an engineer to attempt to get them to fit and take pictures. My daughter and son in law sent pictures 4 times and finally they responded to an E-mail and wanted pictures to be sent again because they said they never received them. You absoultely can not get in touch with them on the phone and some E-Mails get through and some don't. I have been dealing with this since March. I have lost my money I spent on having custom mats made and a lot of time trying to work with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY MATS FROM THIS COMPANY.

What you see on pictures is not what you will get after over a month of waiting. Total waste of money.

Buyer beware what you see is not what you get and when you try to send it back it cost you more to do so. I was told if I wanted a fitted mat like shown I would have to send detail drawings. This company is a disgrace!!!

I put my order in the beginning of April 2026.Company sent me poor fitting Mats that were supposedly for my 2026 Mazda CX90, at the end of May 2026...8 weeks later. Mats didn't fit properly. For the rear cargo area behind second row, I specifically stated the row was a 60/40 split. I received a 50/50 split. Needless to say they don't fit. These Mats were supposedly custom, but they also occluded the baby seat latches ( major safety issue). As soon as I received them, I tried to reach out to them. Kept getting the run around. By the way, I received them 2 months after intial order. They finally acknowledged they screwed up, but it didnt end there. Was unable to reach a real person. They kept sending me generic email responses. Finally put hold on credit card until they rectified it. They then said that they couldn't rectify the order until the hold was lifted off credit card ( red flag) Once the hold was lifted and they received my money, I reached out again to find out when the corrected order would be sent. They now tell me that too much time had passed and will no longer honor their agreement. This is the most upmost poorest customer service. Stay away from them...they are running a scam!!!! By the way the other mats that are supposedly custom fit, slide all over the place. The fasteners don't last.

Took 2 months but finally got them. Totally wrong fit. Holes where there didn’t need to be, most pieces not long enough and just the wrong shape. They kept telling me that they are correct and I’m just doing it wrong, despite all my pictures sent to them. Even the front and second row floor mats fit poorly. I’m now out $400.

Likes:
Perfect fit and quality craftsmanship. Elevates the looks of any standard cargo space.
Dislikes:
Packaging. Largest (floor) piece comes twice folded and since sea-freight is the means of transportation, the considerable amount of time to get to the East Coast leaves two very pronounced creases in the center piece. (Ordered May 6, shipped May 14, arrived June 25).
Too few Velcro pieces sewn to the backings of each piece in order to keep them in place and avoid areas from coming loose or flapping. Yes, one gets additional stripes of adhesive Velcro tape, and I utilized them all, but at temperatures in the 90+ the adhesion starts coming off the backing almost immediately, in particular whenever the piece has to go into a nook, corner, turn or has small, narrow segments. Foam backings exposure to hot climate TBA. Last, but not least the floor piece covers the cargo hooks, at least on the Macan, which I personally do not mind at all, but one should know.
Verdict:
Would I still recommend? Yes. Would I buy again? Yes, but consider the design flaws, which could be easily fixed for a few cents more in production and/or by rolling the largest piece instead. Be patient. Custom made product with perfect fit and luxurious look and feel, yet transportation takes quite some time.

The products are manufactured in China and direct shipped from there. As a result, if your order is wrong or a poor fit, you have zero recourse. No ability to return for a refund. My order didn't fit, despite providing the company the make, model, year and seat configuration of our vehicle as requested. To avoid a poor review, they have offered a $40. refund. Shameful. Any legitimate company would have sent a return label and offered a 100% refund. Do not buy.

Scam organization. They take your order and charge you but never delivery. You can't speak to anyone. Only canned email that goes in circles.

Terrible fit for "custom made". total CHINESE MADE. IT took over 6 weeks to receive them and the return fees are tantamonut to highway robbery for a "custom fit" piece of garbage that DOES NOT FIT.

This company is a rip off! Do not buy from them!! I ordered a car mat from these people. It states that you have 24 hours to cancel the order. This is stated on their site. I called them 3 hours after my order and they told me
It was already in production and they would keep 30% of my money if I cancelled. It gave me no other choice! When I got the product almost 4 weeks later it was a horrible figment. The side panels would not stay in place, the mounting option they give you is useless. I would NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are completely dishonest and the cancelling of orders is a scam! Once they get your money, you’re only getting 70% back no matter what! Ripoff!!!
