A empresa no dia anterior à entrega disse que ia entregar tudo. No dia da entrega falta um artigo e dizem que a culpa é do cliente porque não prestou informaçoes necessárias. A informação tinha sido dada ao vendedor que confirmou. Houve necessidade de troca e uma encomenda de abril ainda está por entregar. A semana passada disseram que estavam a aguardar o colchão da Molaflex. Esta semana dizem que a culpa é da Molaflex. Entretanto a loja fechou e o vendedor foi para outra empresa. Terrível. Mesmo o serviço de montagem é pouco profissional e não deixam o espaço limpo.

Não recomendo. Péssimo serviço...demoraram 4 meses para entregar um colchão, adiavam todos os dias. Ao pagar, não praticaram o preço que estava no site...na loja custava mais apropriadamente 100,00...no final veio um colchão reconstruído, muito mole e nada como vimos na loja. Tenham cuidado, pois o nosso verão, foi um pequeno inferno.

Terrible company, lying salesman called Joun but they fired him as bad employee and lied to me and many other customers

WARNING STAY AWAY - SCAMMING BUSINESS

Went in looking to purchase a mattress, and the sales rep sold me the exact mattress in front, which was a 26cm version priced at €1800. Back and forth negotiation he agreed on a price of €1552. On the docket, he put a piece of information about the product saying the 23cm version (I had no idea there was a thinner version of the mattress which was priced lower and the one I tried was 26cm) and given that I had no idea what the 23cm version was... the sales rep knew he was abusing his position with me as the customer. I then also said I will come back and buy the bedframe at the price he stated, which was €460.

So eight days later, I returned to the store to buy the bed frame and he informed us that the bedframe is now €700 and stated it was a €300 price increase... however he did not remember selling to us, and the price increase didn't align with the original price quoted. Another situation of lying by this sales rep.

The following day I had someone else go into the store and she was told that same bed frame is now priced at €800, so there is a pattern of constant lying by the sales staff for certain.

The mattress arrived after 3 weeks, and I instantly knew it was not the same as the one I tried in the store as it was a different level of firmness due to it being a thinner size. If you look at the other reviews this has happened before to other customers, these guys are scamming multiple people.

I checked the 1 star reviews these guys had and could now understand why as other nearby businesses had also informed me that they appear to be scamming a lot of customers.

I went into the store after 72 hours of receiving the mattress started talking with a completely different sales rep (Who didn't know who I was) and he showed us the difference of the 26cm vs the 23cm version and that it's much cheaper for this other version but quality is different. He even stated "It's a big difference for certain".

I then spoke to the original sales rep stating I want to cancel and send this back which under EU law of a 14 day return policy allows me to do so and they agreed to cancel the order. He said he would process this cancellation and receive a call in 2 days about the collection. I also emailed them about the meeting that took place.

I attempted to call twice and each time "The manager is looking into this and will return your call" and then I receive an email saying "You can not return this due to hygiene reasons" (Screenshot attached), I wasn't surprised by these guys as throughout this entire horrible process lying is the only consistent thing they have done.

I will be going back into the store again about this cancellation and warning everyone to not buy from these people as they are scamming people with lies.
