casetino.com.au Reviews

I bought the green and yellow sand case about a year ago and still love it. The glowing sand is a nice touch when I’m trying to find my phone at night.
Recently got the pink and purple sand case for my best friend’s birthday and she adores hers too.
Fast postage and quality packaging. Thanks.

Absolutely love my phone case thank you so much it’s so pretty and supports my iPhone really well

Heaps to choose from. Easy ordering. Shipping turnaround okay. Personalised packing slip.

Item arrived quickly and very nicely packaged with a thank you note. Case is good quality and looks great.

Received a personalised case put the lettering was aligned properly. Second case took 2 months for delivery!!! Font I picked made my name look like siki so that was my fault. Offered a return on the first case but had to pay for postage 🤨. No one you can speak to so it’s rubbish. Enjoy the bad review like the service you provided me.

Great products, high level communication, very secure payment. Discount deals are amazing. Faster delivery would be greater appreciated, happy with overall delivery times as it fell within shipment dates and was sent notifications before package arrived. Thanks

Great quality product and exactly as described. Up front about possibly discolouring over time. Fast delivery. Love shopping local and loved the personalized signing of the person who packed the item.

Fantastic service. Contacted me to double check what turned out to be a mistake in the ordering process, and fixed it at no cost. Dispatched promptly and with no fuss. Has already saved the phone once.

Very fast shipping
And I love the feeling of the case.
Very high quality

Always great customer service. Fast delivery and good quality products!

This is my second purchase with Casetino 😊
I love your cases I’ve purchased impact as myself and partner can be clumsy with our phones, these covers are absolutely amazing in protecting your phone 👌

Excellent service. I had trouble with one of the sling cases and it was immediately replaced. The representative was very helpful and courteous. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend CaseTino to all my friends.

Received my order confirmation and my phone case so quickly!

Love my case , the whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent. Great service

Great product. Easy to fit on my 11 pro max and wear xbody or lanyard style. Fantastic for hands free styling and taking frequent bts snaps

I love the case however I am unable to charge my phone on my docking station as the cover is wide. Understandable because of the style case with the sand moving. I didn’t realise the cover would be so chunky so I have gone back to my original casetino case. Looks great but to chunky. Love the look though!

Great service, replied quickly to any questions, fast delivery

Fabulous case makes it much easier to operate side buttons on Phone.
Taffy Pink is a really cool appearance (much more imaginative than black!).
Daughter has had one for a while and recommended it - only small issue is the pink fades after a few months to a neutral/opaque appearance!
Otherwise, service was excellent. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and your service team made it so easy to exchange and were so pleasant about it:)

These cases are not only amazing to look at they also protect your phone like no other case I have owned. I ordered a case on Wednesday it was in my mail box by Friday. I ordered the wrong size case, the team were so helpful they sent me out the right size that day. Emails and messages are replied to almost immediately. Do your phone a favour and purchase one of these cases they are worth every cent and their customer service is exceptional.

Love the colours but doesn’t fit properly on one side and no screen protection, not worth the amount I paid.
