My husband and I ordered a taco pizza using my husband's rewards points. When I took a bite of my second slice, I immediately noticed a foul minty taste and discovered that there was a minty nicotine pouch in my pizza. The pouch was not visible from the top of the pizza and was embedded in the toppings and cheese. Aside from this being DISGUSTING as is, I am a breastfeeding mother and I don't appreciate the anxiety and inconvenience of having to worry that there is nicotine in my system. I am deeply disgusted and ashamed of Eldon Casey's and the way that the employees have handled this without taking accountability. I will never ever spend another dime at any Casey's and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. This is not the first time there has been a major issue with food at this specific location, and there have been many many people from the town of Eldon sharing their own horrendous experiences on my social media post about this issue. This store needs to have their kitchen shut down due to continued incompetency of the employees in food safety and sanitary practices.

I worked for this company just short of 6 months. I liked my job. The problem was management and others who thought they was management. my job was threatened the third day that I was employed with this company. the second shift person had not called in.We didn't know if anybody was going to even come in.And it was time for me to go.And this moron, who was pretending to be a manager, and isn't told me, I was gonna get rowed up and lose my job.If I left. that was very concerning to me.And of course, I didn't stand there.Let him talk to me like that.
I told him I knew here, and don't you ever threaten my job here again. I worked my shift, and that's all I have to do.If you want me to stay over, then you need to act like a decent human being.And ask me if I'll stay, don't just assume that i'm going to stay. That was just the third day. It got way worse after that. the last four months that I worked there, there was no manager in this location. The hourly employees were running this location. Didn't have anybody to turn to for help?If we had any questions or anything.
Managers from the southern stores showed up a couple of times and were bragging about how good their stores were and how well equipped they were?And that is a bunch of bs, because that made us think that they didn't give a crap about the Michigan stores. They didn't tell me it would take a year of employment before I would get a day off or a year before.I would get a raise. that was never disclosed in the interview. my coworkers were thieves. and nobody even cared. I would never advise anybody to go to this company ever.
As far as i'm concerned, they can take all of these Casey's out of Michigan and take them back down south, or out to Iowa where they came from.

On two occasions we have ordered food for delivery and they have made the orders wrong. We asked them to remove the pickles and not add lettuce or tomato, and they did the opposite. It seems that the people who take the orders do not read and make the orders their own way.

Casey's in Milford Nebraska has the worst service ever. If you order pizza you'd better plan on waiting and waiting long past the time they say it will be ready. Happened with the old staff they had and now with a whole new crew it has happened again. You'd be better off timewise making your own from scratch.

I order pizza from this store about every 2 weeks. They always have my order done on time and the staff is friendly and efficient. Casey’s is the only place we get pizza from. Taco and the Ultimate Hawaiian are favorites for us and they definitely make the best around.

Do not order the bacon cheeseburger pizza its gross! Can't believe I wasted some points on that pizza. We threw most of it away the 3 of us only ate 1 slice the rest in the garbage.....

If you are in Tyler, Tx and near Casey's just keep driving. My experiences was 1 nice clerk, 1 mean clerk with an attitude. A 50/50 chance of being treated like a human or even: heaven forbid, a customer. Nah, if I am going to spend money- I would atleast like to not be hurried and talked down to.

if I could give Casey zero Stars I would. order two pizzas equaling $28 today at 12:40 something in the afternoon and here it is 3:42 p.m. still no pizzas they refuse to give me my money back because they say they handled my order to doordash doordash won't give me my money back either I still have no pizzas and they still won't give me my money back I do not recommend using the Casey's on meadowlark and excelsior springs Missouri

They have expired , twinkies on their shelf from february i have watched one of the workers pull them off the shelf every time , but they end up right back on there check dates before you buy anything from in there

I got gas today and tried cleaning windshield, water had not been added for fresh water and soap cleaning also cleaning squeezed was worn to point you could not clean windshield. Also I visited men’s bathroom and toilets looked not having been cleaned out for a while.
No paper towels to dry hands in handicap stalls.
The store looked like it needed sweeping floors and mopping. I wondered if food was good to eat from experience of store. Store #4809. I got gas on 5/16/2026 time 09:25 am . Casey’s is new to our area.

All this shit's good in most places and most of their actual Casey's brand is all quality shit and better than name brands I know it doesn't sound right but it's 100% true

This is mediocrity at its best. The fuel is just the type that meets federal standards and that's it. No Top Tier gas but an assortment of blended gas. Their store is fine, it's what you get in a fuel stop. Their pizza's are edible but nothing to brag on. I think actually the quality of pizza has diminished over the years. We buy gas so we get points which helps reduce pizza costs. It's cheap and fills the gut. The crust should be baked longer it's thin and underbaked. Not a good combination. I would also mention the pumps seem to break down more than most places. I see many times bags on at least half if not all. Or you have to pre pay and cards are either not working at pump and require payment inside.

Your Caseys store on 1791 Forest Hill Blvd Bella Vista AR is Worthless on your pizza delivery every time we call there not deliverying.

Why is it here in the Des Moines area none of the Casey’s seem to have paper towels for your windshield? I have brought this to the attention of the mgrs at the two Casey’s where I normally purchase gas.

Just horrid service. I cannot imagine that food prepared by meth heads is very safe.

Twice in a row I’ve pulled a cup from the small cup dispenser and it has been short almost 2 inches. Today I asked the manager what I’m doing wrong here. She finds it to be my mistake as the cup says medium. I’m in a hurry. I’m not finding the size written on my cup. She should have just said “They are stocked wrong”and charged me for a small. Instead she’s rude and responds “yeah well I don’t know about all that, I’ll have someone check it” Infuriating….I won’t go back ever. For 30 years I would’ve chosen Casey’s first. Not anymore.

Completely disorganized, placed an order, it was supposed to be ready to pick up in 15 minutes, went in at 15 minutes and the order hadn’t even been started, had to wait an additional 15 minutes before it was ready.

Kitchen manager acted very unprofessional and racial profiled my wife and myself. Tried telling me all extras come out of her pay check after my wife offered to pay. We are locals and have lived out here for a minute. My wife has worked for county mart across the road for over 5 years, and the way this girl acted is bs. We work hard we every dime we have. This is unexplainable!!!!!!

The regional manager for the north Iowa stores isn't fair. My wife worked for a store in our town unfortunately things happened to where she was let go or(suspended) my wife was told that after 6 months she could go back to work. She was never called back it's been well over 6 months so she applied at another Casey's in another town. She was told that the regional manager had not approved her application. It seems to me if the regional manager is going to say she can get her job back she should honor that. This manager knows who she is.
