I want to give a great big shout out to Renuka who was very helpful straight to the point on everything helping me sale my car. My journey trying to sell my car started in May and I had lost my title and my daughter sent off for it and because of the state I live in it took a lot of turns and Renuka was very patient and always called to check up on me she never gave up, she also gave me guidance on what to do in one situation and finally I had to get the title put in my name and it took until August coming back. As soon as it came back Renuka worked quickly getting my car sold. Thank you!! Because of Renuka I will recommend anyone to sale their car there.

The website was easy to use. The quote was higher than others, everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, an appointment was made to pick up my car on the same day that I accepted the quote. The driver who picked my car up, was also polite and arrived on time.

You have had my vehicle for about a month and I have never gotten the payment. If I don’t get paid in the next week, I am going to file a complaint and consider going to small claims court.

Told on Friday the dispatcher would call Monday to schedule time/date for pickup. No call Monday. Or Tuesday. I called the local number. (1 mile from me) They had no record of anything. Called one of the cell numbers that had called previously the next day. Finally received sale ppwk that was supposed to be sent the previous friday. Dispatcher finally called Thursday to pickup on Friday. That and every time anyone calls it's from a different number showing different states. All but local office has very poor communication and customer service from all over the country. Residential workers I believe. They also kept calling me, the owners friend despite having been given a primary phone for the vehicle owner and title holder. I am giving the review as well since they also sent THAT to me and not the owner of the truck. I ended up setting up well over half the arrangements on her behalf as a result. Tulsa copart location that is nearby and picked up the truck has it together far better and was a good experience as it all should have been.

Everyone I communicated with was extremely helpful with letting me know what I needed to do. Their facility is shockingly clean, and the employees are super nice. The quote was immediate and very fair. They gave me a 24-48 hour window. The tow truck driver came to pick it up within 24 hours, and he did a fantastic job of getting the car out of a tight space. I will definitely use this business again for any future vehicles I want to get removed. Highly recommend!

All of the people that I delt with were very polite and very patient with a 71 yr old woman who was still in shock over the accident. They walked me through each step, and made it easy.

Customer service was exceptional. They were very patient with waiting on me finding my car title. They still honored the amount they initially offered. They picked my car up within 48 hrs and handed me a check. It does not get any better or easier than they make it! I didnt have to market my car saving me the hassle and I didnt have to find someone and pay them to take my car to the scrap yard. I know CashForCars gave me a way better deal than I wouldnt of doing either of those things. I learned about them after my neighbor used them and he was as equally pleased as I was. I dont think I will ever try to sell my car any other way!!! So easy!! And price I got paid was extremely fair. Thank You CFC
