Finding common ground is what matters most, Walter, and we're glad we were able to do that together. We understand that first offers don't always align with every customer's expectations, which is why we're always willing to have an open conversation when appropriate. Reaching an agreement that felt fair to both sides is exactly the outcome we hope for. This is my 3rd transaction with Cash For Silver USA... It is A Reasonable place to sell precious metals & will negotiate & work with a customer for a compromise. They issue fast payments once a deal is reached & they provide fast & insured shipping on products you send them. The customer service is usually good & friendly. The tracking of the pacwas dead on. The communication from Cash for Silver was very good. I knew every step. The appraisal of the silver was fair and in line with what I expected.
I'll be sending more now that I know I can trust you.
I'm back to report on another transaction with comments on Cash for Gold.
I sent 23 grams of 24k gold and received a fair price. They actually called me and negotiated the final offer.
I have collected gold and silver for a while and now with both metals at significant levels I'll be sending more to them.

This was my first time using Cash For Silver and I was apprehensive. But, they were very communicative throughout the process - paid for the shipping of my items - kept me updated at every step of the way and finally gave me a fair market price. I will def use them again.

Communication is very good
Communication is very good. The process is very easy.
I was hoping to get a little more for my silver. They paid me about 37% of silver market price. I was hoping to get at least 50%. Considering that silver is very high right now, I'm happy with the settlement.

I would give no stars if possible
I would give no stars if possible. I was ripped off; the shipment was “lost”, the owner signed for it at delivery, but “did not receive”. The owner offered 20% of value and is giving the BBB and Mo. Attorney General’s investigators the runaround.
