Overall a good experience.
Offer was made in a fair amount of time. Initial offer was rather low considering the present silver spot price. I asked for a reconsideration and received what I thought was fair price, not the best, but fair.

Thanks for giving us the chance to take another look, Jerry. We know the first offer wasn't where you hoped it would be, and we're glad a quick conversation led to a number you felt was fair. Even when we don't land there on the first try, we're always happy to answer questions and revisit an appraisal when it makes sense. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Cash for Silver USA.
There could not have been an easier way…
There could not have been an easier way to collect money for things laying around the house I didn't need anymore. They literally sent me prepaid shipping envelope and someone came to my door to pick it up when I called and said I was ready. What an amazing service I am so beyond happy I will be using them again and again and again.

We're glad your experience with Cash for Silver USA checked all three boxes. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you again in the future.
Straightforward but—
The process was quite simple and straightforward. However, I requested the payment be made in one form and it was made in another without reason or consultation.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Susan. We're glad the overall process was simple and straightforward, but we understand your frustration with the payment method not matching your request. Customers should feel confident that their preferences are being followed, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll make sure your feedback is shared with our team as we continue improving the experience.
Can't give you a percentage on spot price for any kind of metal
I would not use this company. For a company, not knowing how much percentage, they want is a company that is trying to get someone out of whatever they can.. No, matter what the
Price of it is going up or down. It does not affect the price that they want. If it does, they're trying to get over on someone I recently tried to sell silver to them. But over the phone, he could not give me a percentage of what they're looking to make to me. That's bad business.
You should know as a company. What you're willing to pay over or under spot.
The spot price. If someone can't give you the percentage. they're trying to get over on you.Every business knows how much they want to make regardless of what the spot price is. I highly do not recommend using these people. They're here to take advantage of whoever they can.
