Great experience so far. I've received great knowledge and advice in order to achieve what I am looking for more accurately.

The fabrics are great quality, as well as their attention to detail and finishing. Will definitely rely on them for future requests! Very promising.

We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points:

Our team successfully completed the design and production of 2 scarf samples at a cost of $266 (including shipping cost). You confirmed that these samples were 100% satisfactory and left a 5-star review at that stage.
Your subsequent request to produce 5 pieces per design could not be fulfilled because this quantity does not cover our labor and production costs. Producing at such low quantities is not feasible for any professional factory.

We pride ourselves on transparency and fair business practices, and we always strive to deliver high-quality cashmere products and services. We regret that this misunderstanding led to your dissatisfaction and hope this clarification helps other readers understand the situation.

Great experience overall.

Great experience overall.

The yarn quality is very good, especially the cashmere, which feels soft and premium. Communication has been excellent — always responsive, kind, and available at any time, which makes the whole process much smoother.

They are also open to feedback and willing to improve details such as fit and finishing, which is very important when developing products.

I appreciate their flexibility and support, and I look forward to continuing the collaboration and developing future collections together.

I had a great experience working with this supplier so far. Communication has been very professional, clear, and fast throughout the whole process.

We ordered a custom sweater sample with logo, and everything was handled in a very organized way. They were helpful with technical questions and provided good guidance during development.
