Worst experience! I registered, played and won and they let me withdraw for the first 3 times. Then they stopped me from withdrawing, and when I contacted support, they asked for documents to verify. I provided them everything they asked for and waited for a week. But when I tried logging in after a week, my account is blocked! And when I contacted support, they said I have multiple accounts, played fraud games, etc! No proof given! I have written to them and told them it must be a mistake and I can provide whatever documentation needed to prove it, but no reply. Don't play here! Is there a place where we complain about them to the law? I don't want to let them go, as the6 are doing this to lots of players.

This is the biggest scam casino i've ever saw i hit 450euros and they didnt want to withdraw me, asking me for a millions informations, that i need to send them my id then bank card and even that i need to take a selfie holding my card, i did all that they wanted, but no they request more, asking me for my paysafe account whitch i dont even have, i once deposit with paysafe ticket not with paysafe account. Nevermind i never got that money, just make u favour and never deposit on that fake casino.

You can't withdraw winning amount. Not possible also...

Casinoin.io have confiscated all my winnings of 14925 euros stating that I have a duplicate account on their casino. Details about this was never given it to me. When I tried to withdraw amount, they blocked the logins to account, requested for multiple documents and later found after many days that they confiscated all my winnings. Customer Support is really bad and do not respond properly. Please DONOT ever register or play on this Casino. They treat you badly, scam and confiscate all your winnings with no reason.

sobald man jedoch etwas mehr gewinnt (ich hatte bei 700euro einzahlung 12000euro gewinn auf dem konto) wird man permanent mit entschuldigungen oder technischen problemen -belästigt- sobald man auszahlen möchte.
die letzte ausrede war, dass eine verifizierung des kontos nötig wäre, nachdem monate lang alles ohne ging?!.... diese dauert nun schon fast 3 wochen, und ich denke nicht, dass jemals eine bestätigung oder sonsteine antwort diesbezüglich von dem betreiber kommen wird.

fakt ist: meldet euch nicht an. geht mit dem geld lieber was gutes essen: ihr habt mehr davon!

Achtung Betrug! Einzahlung geht schnell, Auszahlung wird verweigert.

I think I had the luckiest gaming night here, my final income was much better than I expected. I first deposited 50 euros, played for some time and tried to withdraw money to check how it works. Everything went fine so I deposited more and started playing. I ended up winning a dozen times more than I deposited and withdrew money without any delays or need to confirm anything. Now when I want to play, I play here.

Habe mich bei Casinoin registriert. Am nächsten Tag Einzahlung vorgenommen. Sofort 400 € gewonnen gehabt die ich auszahlen lassen wollte. Ging natürlich nicht. Ich sollte mich bei Chryptology.com anmelden und von da aus noch eine Einzahlung vornehmen damit eine Auszahlung mit dem selben Service möglich ist. Andere Auszahlungsmöglichkeiten waren nicht vorhanden da es technische Probleme gibt. Überweisung des Gewinns ging gar nicht. Hab das Geld dann abgeschrieben und das Konto schließen lassen. Nicht zu empfehlen!

FINGER WEG ,wie schon geschrieben Einzahlung super,Auszahlung nur über dubiose Apps, Mastercard wurde bei mir abgelehnt... innerhalb 24h keine Auszahlung höher Einzahlung, um auszuzahlen muss man erst mit dem Mittel einzahlen.
Spielt lieber woanders, als ich im Bonuseld, das ich gar nicht wollte, war kam ein 3300x Hit da wusste ich schon es wird kacka. Nach 6000euro Wager standen 600euro zum auszuzahlen, in der Theorie.

First time i actually was able to make some money but then after a few withdrawals they start incessantly refusing to make withdrawals and saying the problem was the bank i even start using netller and still refusing until i lost all my money then they said that the problem was solved after more than 8 hours of excuses
