Exactly what I was looking for (friendly, discreet & good quality packer + good quality boxers). I had struggled to find anything like this elsewhere. Description and care guidance are accurate and helpful. It was really joyous to receive this. Easy to wear and makes me feel great. Packaging colour style and scheme really cool too with the silver stickers haha. Also nice to be able to go UK-based from sustainability perspective. Love this company's approach

They didn’t have the colour I wanted but emailed me right away to rectify the problem and the emails back and forth from Remy the owner were lovely

So happy with the packing boxers! Delivery was super quick and the boxers are excellent quality. I’ve been packing for over 5 years and have yet to find boxers this comfortable and affordable. The sizing is very inclusive, as someone who has muscly legs i was worried about the fit however they fit perfectly. The customer service was also brilliant. Top brand and will definitely be ordering from casual reign again!

Subtle packaging it isn’t obvious what you have purchased so good for people who are closeted or not fully supported in there transition. The Packer itself is a sort material and of a good size I’ll definitely be buying from here again in the future. The boxers have a small pocket on the inside for the packer which is easy to do up highly recommend this company

i asked the company via email to change sizes of the products and i got a reply pretty much straight away and dealt with my enquiry

This whole company is one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had interacting with customer support. They have been so friendly and helpful, and their clothes are such high quality for their price!

Never received order- evri courier took a picture of a clearly different parcel and sent it to another address- evri hasn’t been able to locate it- I have been in touch with casual reign but have been ignored for two weeks.

There was an issue with delivery of my order through Evi but Casual Reign couldn't do enough to rectify this by sending out a replacement and included a free gift.
They kept in contact regularly and were nothing but helpful.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

Quick and discrete, good quality

My fiance is super happy with the boxers and they’ve really improved his confidence. They fit the packer he has from another brand, and he mentioned that the packer is positioned in a much more realistic place.

Good quality packing underwear that arrived quickly and well packaged. The colours are really nice and the boxers are comfortable to wear. The underwear has a pocket with a button to secure the packer in place

The item itself was unfortunately not suitable for me. However, the customer service was very helpful, patient and understanding. They were quick to respond to me and we resolved the issue quickly.
