Our front drain was blocked and unfortunately our insurance didn't cover it. Went with Catalyst for the fix and it was the best price I could find, the engineers were professional and friendly and our job contact Aminoor was so helpful and courteous throughout the whole process.

First class professional service
I discovered my drains were blocked because of the comprehensive incursion of roots into the pipes. Catalyst dealt with my difficulties at once, employing an excellent and knowledgeable contractor, equipped with the latest technology. I have been shown courtesy, a genuine interest in the difficulties I have experienced and a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with the works carried out. I was able to call Catalyst during the process and they efficiently dealt with my questions. These are first class people; I would be delighted to recommend them without hesitation.

We'd like to give a 5 Star review and recommend Catalyst Claims. Alex dealt with our claim through Policy Expert/Trinity after a fault was found with our sewage tank. He kept us informed regularly via text and phone calls and followed up after the assessor had viewed the problem and after work had been completed by the contractor to make sure we were satisfied with the work carried out. A positive experience thanks to the team at Catalyst.

So grateful my water pipe leak was stopped before Christmas
I am giving a 5 star review here, for the way Catalyst, along with Davies Group and Cascadia Water, dealt with my water main leak.
The incident was discovered in late November and all these companies worked hard to make sure it was fixed by Christmas.
(I had been very worried about the water loss and whether I would have to shut the water off and not have any heating over Christmas and New Year).
Aminoor Rahman was very good at following things up for me, too.
Thanks to everyone concerned with this.

Abysmal non existent communication
I have been waiting since January for the quote for requested work.
I was assured, by email, it was all in hand when I asked about the delay.
Not a word since 22 January.
Work now being carried out by another company.

Unfair treatment of customers. Dear Mr Ballard,
Dear Mr Ballard,
I would ask that you personally take heed of the attached ruling by the FOS. You behaviour in this matter has been deplorable. Your now discredited “report” and repudiation have caused our customers much distress over the past 2½ years over points you have, thus far, ignored. In these circumstances we will be making a formal complaint about your inability to treat customers fairly directly to the FCA & to Adam Powell & David Prior both senior management of Q metrics. In all of my experience dealing with your business you have never treated anyone fairly and I have saved many, many of bogus and misleading situations where Policy experts, Trinity Claims and Catalyst claims appear to be defrauding customers of legitimate claims or restricting the settlement figures by means not compatible with the symbols below
Needless to say you meet none of the criteria much lauded on Qmetric’s web site below.
