Ive been dealing with several people customer service and claims in connection a drain job and having accepted the quote it appeared the invoice could only be settled by bank transfer. I made a request to settle with my new credit card and the claims team (Julie Fernandez) said she would ask the MD if it could be done and that he would call me back. 24 hours later the MD, Brad Jackson, calls me on his mobile and takes my payment. I couldn’t believe that the MD called personally. 100% customer service experience.

Totally impressed with the no fuss immediate response and first thing next day drainage engineer visit who immediately identified the problem and had our drains cleared and running in no time.

We used Catalyst after contacting our home insurance about a collapsed drain. Catalyst was in touch with us the same day to arrange an inspection. Following the inspection, the work was booked in promptly and the team who came to complete it were very good, dealing with a difficult dig and removing all of the rubble. Overall we were very satisfied with the service.

Prompt and efficient service. The engineer contacted me regarding ETA, was friendly and helpful, sorted drainage problems and left the area safe and clean. Happy with the experienced and professional service.

Insurance claim. The company contacted me and explained the situation and within a couple of hours a contractor came and sorted the drain blockage. The guy was polite and friendly and knew what he was doing. Job sorted and I was very pleased.

After speaking with Gemma at Home Emergency as part of our Home Insurance about a blocked drain, the day before Good Friday. Catalyst were in touch and there within 2 hours all sorted even cleaned up! So Easter Weekend wasn't spoilt.. Fantastic service thank you.

Highly recommend! The insurance company were very communicate and friendly and Catalyst was very efficient and also very friendly and informative and fast at unblocking our drains.

Catalyst phoned me shortly after I spoke with my home insurance. A very helpful young lady ( sorry forgot name) took the details, spoke to the engineer & within 2hrs he arrived at the house. Thankfully he was able to unblock/plung the gully/drain without needing to jet. 15 mins & all sorted Thankyou

I had a call back from Catalyst within 30 minutes of reporting the leak to my home insurance and Water Board and they kept me fully up to date across the 3 visits required to resolve the problem. They used a 3rd Party company to resolve the issue, Water Supply Services (UK) Ltd who were equally efficient on each of their visits. I needed a Report to confirm the leak was fixed and they liaised with my insurance company and I had the report by email within 24 hours of asking.

What an incredibly efficient and friendly company to do business with. Speedy 40 minute response following initial insurance company contact for emergency toilet repair. Same day successful visit with toilet part replaced to ensure working perfectly again.
Plumber was lovely, so helpful and explained what needed doing before he just got stuck in and made our toilet work again. Neat and tidy worker too.

Catalyst answered the phone very quickly. They organized our leak detection efficiently. To hurry things up I phoned Catalyst and Insurer to check reports had been received but I was very impressed with the responses . The staff who came to detect our leak were pleasant , helpful ,tidy , informative and efficient. I didn't think they would be able to reinstate out block paving but it was perfect. It has been a difficult time but Catalyst made it as painless as possible. All telephone communication was excellent . Thank you

Catalyst gave me a call after I contacted my insurance company for a blocked drain. They checked the availability of a contractor and then called me back to confirm. The drain specialist came within 24 hours and fixed the problem quickly and with no fuss (and was a lovely chap as well).

Catalyst Services UK were contracted by my building insurance company to handle the investigation and, if approved, arrange the repair to a waste pipe in my garden. Despite some toing and froing between the insurance company & water authority, Catalyst Services remained extremely helpful & communicated at every juncture. Their representative ,Damien Elder, was a genuine pleasure to deal with. Informative and seemed to actually care. Well done!
