Always had a friendly approach whenever I’ve had contact with Cataphract

I recently had to undergo CTC clearance under the guidance of Roger Smalley at Cataphract. Before completing the UKSV questionnaire, I had a 30-minute video interview with Roger, who went through what to expect during the vetting process. He stressed the importance of monitoring my email messages on a regular basis, so as not to miss any notifications or queries from UKSV. He updated me through email regularly and responded to my messages promptly. I am very pleased to say that the clearance was granted today, and I am very grateful for Roger's guidance and support throughout the process. Thank you very much Roger. God Bless
