Total SCAM. Wrong tracking number, and a sales rep said it wasn't their fault they couldn't find the correct tracking number. Never got product or my money back. NEVER BUY from this fake account!

Total scam. Purchased 2 flying birds in November. It’s March and still no birds. Fake tracking. Talked to customer service 2xs and nothing. Then the site disappeared.

TOTAL SCAM! Ordered 2 Christmas Cat Trees early Dec. Never received them. Now website no longer exists

Same experience as another on here. Ordered 2 cat christmas trees at the beginning of December and was given an EVRI tracking number. I emailed to chase up the order and was told I was given the wrong info. I have emailed again since and got no reply. No items recieved.

I have not received my order and have not had any response from any of my emails.

Did not send me the correct product I ordered that I waited for months to receive, sent me a cheaper product. I did get in contact with them and they said they would send me the correct product, and then ghosted me.

🚩Same as everyone else I was scammed by this company, nothing received and website disappeared. Managed to get a chargeback through bank thankfully.

They never shipped, cant reach seller, tracking is bogus. Had to report to my cc company for fraud

This store appears to be a fraud. Never received the cat trees I purchased. The "customer service" email is a random gmail account. FML

Ordered but never received product.

Never received the order. 2 months later, I remembered that I have not received the items so I sent them an email which they ignored. Sent another one, also got ignored. This is obviously a SCAM!!!!!!

Like so many others, I wish I had researched the company before I wasted $30+. I have disputed the charge with my bank and hoping to get my money back soon.

Just writing this to help raise awareness.

I wouldn’t even give this shop any stars it doesn’t deserve one. I ordered the Christmas tree for cats in December 2025 it cost me £27.99 I still haven’t received it and there is no way of getting in contact with them. There is an app that they are on it’s called shop dont even bother going on that either as it’s hard getting in touch with anyone.

They sent the wrong item and admitted it was wrong. They sent a replacement to the wrong address and haven’t heard from them since. Do not order from them.

Nobody will answer me back! I NEVER received my order. I have asked numerous times for someone to email me back or call.
I ordered 3 toys on Nov. 25, 2025. Still nothing.
Don't waste your time. If you want to give your money away for nothing, then go for it!!!

This is a fraudulent company and they will take your money but not send you anything and then when you try to contact them regarding the missing order, they give you a response that "due to high demand, your order is delayed but still being processed." That way they can get you to keep waiting, until you can no longer dispute the transaction with your bank or credit card company.
They stopped responding, when I asked for a full refund. They give you a tracking number which is fake too.

I'm still waiting for any response from this company. I ordered and paid for 2 flying birds and received 2 non flying birds and was assured that I would receive the correct shipment. There has been no communication since the beginning of December. It has been one month with no contact, despite my numerous emails. All I'm asking for is the shipping information and tracking number. I am beyond disappointed and so is my cat.

I ordered two of the xmas cat trees and paid nearly £30 received text saying dispatched then nothing . When I try to contacting says the seller is no longer available , scam !!

This company is a fraud!
I was sent the wrong product.
I have emails with them telling me that my correct order would be sent out.
I have sent multiple emails, but they no longer respond.
