After reading all the negative reviews after I’d placed my order I was a bit worried.
Anyway my order was picked up for shipping 4 days after placing order and I received it 5 days after that. (regular post and it was during Easter break)

Extremely poor customer service.
I won’t buy again from Catwalk.
I don’t understand how they can take your money for a product that is not in stock.
After 6 weeks of waiting for my purchase (hair straightener) I cancelled my order.
I will give them credit for refunding me promptly.

Ordered two weeks ago. I allowed far more than the 5 business days advertised. When I checked yesterday my products had not even been "dispatched". I asked for the order to be cancelled yesterday as I no longer am at the delivery address. "Miraculously" it was finally dispatched today. Unfortunately I wont be there to receive it. I am awaiting a sensible response to my second outreach e-mail reminding them that I asked for the order to be cancelled owing to substantially delayed shipping. We will see how the refund process goes. I am not hopeful. Should have checked trustpilot before I ordered. Never again.

I received an incorrect order some weeks ago. Immediately contacted customer service and explained the situation. I sent the incorrect items back to catwalk as instructed. Since then no updates on when I might receive my order that of course is fully paid for, crickets from customer service also. Terrible service zero accountability. Never purchase from this site again.

Never again. It took my lodging a dispute with my Bank for them to ship my order, after 4 emails (only 1 was replied to saying it would be dispatched as a priority in 1-3 days, which was actually over 2 weeks). I suspect they don't have the items they sell in stock. Will be heading back to Adore Beauty they have never let me down.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed my order on the 21st of March and received no communication at all until the 2nd of April. Even now, the item still hasn’t been dispatched.

I needed this for an upcoming wedding, and if I had known there would be such delays, I would have order from other companies.
The lack of communication has been unacceptable. I feel the only reason I received any update at all is because I raised the issue through PayPal two days ago.

This has been very frustrating and stressful, and unfortunately, this will be the last time I order from you.

I got my discounted products within a few days. So thanks.

Ordered on the 20th March. Hadn’t received a email about dispatch by 25th so decided to email them after reading some of the reviews on here.
No reply however not sure if it’s cause I emailed them that my products were dispatched the next day for delivery. Received alert from Aus Post that it would arrive between 30th-31st so wasn’t worried. Item arrive this morning and exactly what I ordered. So wouldn’t say I had a bad experience with the company. In saying that I received prompted auto generate emails like most companies, but would say customer care needs more attention to detail.

The lady seriously laughed at me on the phone and thought it was funny that I was upset waiting 2 weeks for a shampoo. They don’t check emails either. They are SCAMMERS!!! Don’t buy! They should be embarrassed 😂

Shit service!!! Placed an order on 5th March and it's still not dispatched. Sent an email to follow up 17th March and a week later no response. Just tried to call and got a voice mail. Will never buy from this retailer again and cannot recommend them!!!!

I will never purchase from this company again. Ordered products, stating to be dispatch within 1-3 days. Three weeks later products still not dispatched.. emailed twice and was told products will be dispatched by end of week both times and both times lies. Ended up calling and asking for refund.

Appalling communication. No accountability. Arrogant and demanding of customers, while taking absolutely NO responsibility for their poor treatment. I've made the mistake of ordering from them more than once. There won't be another time. It doesn't take more than NINE days to send one product. But you can't get an answer via email (and they tell you that you have to wait anyway). They're so full of themselves, they refuse to help on the phone. They tell you to be 'friendly and respectful', while they ignore customers completely. Avoid at all costs.

Besides the price which is very good compared to some other places - the shipping and customer service SUCKS!! It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and it hasn’t even shipped yet, mind you there’s a physical store local to me in Sydney and the only reason why I ordered online was because they didn’t have what I needed in store.
But just ridiculous! Pay all that money and they can even ship it out in a timely manner and if the products are out of stock, maybe make it visible on the website that you don’t have any stock or contact the customers who have purchased said products - don’t go ghost and be impossible to get in contact with! Will never buy anything from them again!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased shampoo and conditioner, they stated they would get it out asap and it would be here by a certain date. It hadn’t even been dispatched by that date. I contacted them but another week went by - still nothing. I then contacted my bank for a dispute, I don’t like doing that but if you have dropped off the earth then what else am I supposed to think. Once the bank had emailed me saying they had been in contact and I got my refund suddenly, my items had been shipped and someone had replied to my enquiry. I understand things happen with shipping but for it not to have even been dispatched was concerning, communication also goes a long way! Given that they claim to only be in Sydney which I live 4 hours away from I should have got in the first week I ordered it.

Another 1 star review.. placed an order and weeks passed still waiting on a update. I have emailed several times. No response received. I have tried calling and the phone diverts or it says the number is disconnected. Scam.. do not buy..

Quick to take your money. Same issue as most of the other 1 star reviews. Ordered 05/03/2026 and still waiting on shipping status to change 2 weeks later. Sent a follow up email days ago, no reply. I tried calling them today, left a message. No one contacts you back. Don't think I'll ever order from them again. Gives scam vibes

Way too long to process then post order when other retailers do not take that long.

Joining the queue of unhappy customers here. Ordered end of Feb 2026, still haven't received the items 16/03/26. Zero response from customer support email. Their phone line blocks you from discussing online orders, and diverts you to the email address that is obviously not monitored. If it is, they really don't care.

Order placed and paid for three weeks ago, called the Shop they said the order is being prepared. Another week passed, emailed them several times with no response. It is now in the cancellation process, will most likely not see the money nor the product. Want to avoid this experience and keep your nerves? pay a little extra and buy from Absolute skin or Active skin , you will get the product within 5 working days guaranteed. Stay away from this one, it's nerve wrecking.

This hands down the worst online retailer in Australia. They sell items that aren't in stock. Poor (This is an absolute understatement) service. Do not buy anything from here. You will be waiting. You will be ignored. You will regret ever clicking 'add to cart'. Order placed 18th Feb as at 16th March we are still waiting.
