My favorite place to shop caviar

I recently became aware (through their website online which I found while searching for caviar vendors) that there is an "American caviar" called the Hackleback. I called to inquire and found the young woman who answered was pleasant, informative and very customer aware and accommodating. Through her, I bought the Hackleback and the blinis and the creme fraiche and made arrangements for their shipping to arrive in California during a specific time frame (weeks ahead). During our conversation, she informed me of a seasonal discount which would be included in my order. My package arrived very timely and included my last minute telephoned change substituting a two 100 gram order for a one 200 gram order of the Hackleback.

Ordered for the first time showed up warm! Tasted off and customer service said it ships frozen and should be cold. Offered me a 10% coupon on next order which I will not be ordering again. Too many better companies that I would not be ordering again.

All the escargot shells were intact , perfectly packed to prevent breakage

I have been using them to provide caviar for all my special occasions for family and clients. Service and pricing is always the best. Thanks

Stellar caviar, very fresh, bursts in your mouth, not too salty.

I think they are very professional and a great company. My only problem is the 40$ over night fee. I placed my order on Friday and was called immediately after and was asked when I wanted to receive my package. Assuming it was 40$ overnight fee I would get it the next day and was told because it was a Friday I ordered it so I would have to spend an extra 10$. I told them just get it to me on Monday because I wouldn’t be home on Saturday anyways. I was supposed to receive the package on Monday and ended up getting the package on Tuesday.But I plan on ordering again from the company and if I didn’t have the issue with when I received the package from the company I would have rated it a 5 .

My caviar arrived on time, well packaged and was delicious. We enjoyed every last egg! :-)
