This recent visit was first class
This recent visit was first class, our complaint is that since we bought this vehicle new we have had a rear brake fault. Three times it has been highlighted and three times you have failed to diagnose and fix the problem. I had to take it elsewhere to resolve the fault at a cost to me of £170. This problem should have been sorted under warrantee, so yo can say I am a little peeved with Cawdor Cars

I have been a client of Cawdor’s for a number of years and i have never had any reason to complain about the quality of the service from the Llanelli dealer .
Staff have come and gone but every single person that I had dealings with has been extremely professional and efficient . A 100% satisfied customer .
Clear explanations have always been given and the service has always been virtuous and friendly .

I always find all the staff that I have…
I always find all the staff that I have dealt with over the years at the Cawdor garage at Carmarthen to be very polite, knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of their work. Further, I have mentioned to numerous people I know in Carmarthen and in the west Wales area that I definitely would recommend the garage whether its for car sales or servicing etc.
