I ordered some CBD oil from this site for my elderly Great Dane, Norman, after he had an acute change and was having issues with his hind legs. We unfortunately did not get a chance to try the product as he deteriorated quickly and we were forced to put him down. I contacted their customer service through the online portal explaining the situation and not only did I get a prompt response, they pulled the product which was already on the truck and issued a refund. Not only was the customer service excellent, they made sure to send their condolences to us as well. I can't express how much this meant to myself and my wife during this emotional time. To have a company go above and beyond like this isn't something I ever expected. If you want a team that has that human element attached to it, this is the company to go through. I can't thank them enough for everything they did. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was a loyal customer of this online site for quite awhile. Usually the ordering process is fine. You pay by e-transfer and receive items promptly. This last order, I sent the e-transfer immediately and I noticed that they changed their payment email (again) so I was careful in entering the info. They emailed me the next day saying they never received my payment. I checked with my bank -- it was still listed as "in process" and could not be cancelled because they have it set for auto-deposit. I let them know (with screenshots) and they responded that something happened on their end with their bank but it was my responsibility to fix it.
I spoke with my bank, they claimed nothing can be done because it was set to auto deposit. So my $200 is just out there, not being claimed and cannot be cancelled. The site offered no additional help and no real evidence that this cannot be fixed on their end. They claim this happened to other customers on that same day, but said they all could cancel them. Which is a lie, according to my bank representative, due to the auto-deposit. I will be escalating this to my bank's fraud department. I hope they will be able to do something.

Excellent range of CBD products. Products really do work well and are at a reasonable price. Website was very easy to browse and shop on.

They're slow to respond to customer inquiries. Two e-mails later, I got a response. Their ordering process is a bit different than what I'm accustomed to.

Traditional eCommerce sites provide customers with both a billing & shipping address. This company only has one field : A billing address.

I wanted to order & ship a CBD oil tincture to my mom, who's a breast cancer survivor. She suffers with chronic pains throughout her body.

I was not impressed by their slow turnaround time & their unfamiliar checkout process of only one field (for billing).

I sort of regret creating an account with them. I'll order somewhere else.
