Total scam - do not work and the return policy is a lie. DO NOT BUY!!!

I’ve ordered from Eden’s gate a few times and have been generally happy. Placed an order 10 days ago and received no ship notification or product. Have emailed and communicated via the website. No response.
Looks like they are pulling some sort of exit scam. Avoid!

Products arrived damaged and requested replacements. We're still awaiting re-delivery after several communications. I will update later. Very disappointed customer. I was hoping to establish a reliable relationship with repeat orders.
Update 09/07/2020: The products have now finally arrived and well packaged. We will now start using the cbd muscle balm rub.

They'll take your money and not reply to emails again don't waste your time here when berverlypharm.com is ready to serve you with great quality products and great customer service available 24/7 ,I regret ever coming here in the first place

This company has taken over £250 of mines and the only thing I received was one item which was open. And on top of that I notified them straight away. And they didn't even bother to read what I sent them. They investigated with Royal Mail saying to me the parcel was delivered. And that's not even what I told them (10x), then when they got back to me they said their items are parcelled and sold by a 3rd party and will investigate with them and get back to me. And 3weeks on they've not responded to even 1 of my messages. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Please do not do business with this company at all costs if you value your hard earned money. I have chronic back pain for which I've had 4 surgeries and people in hospital have mentioned CBD helps. So I ordered from this company. I should have known a business which doesn't come up in Google in within the first 5links is not a good company. But this company was giving away 50% on products so I placed the order. BIG TIME WRONG MISTAKE.

I purchased a large number of their CBC jellies - both 250mg and 500mg and it has become painfully clear that there is literally no CBD in them whatsoever. They are fakes.

Even when I take 2 or 3 at a time, wanting nothing more than a little relaxant, there is absolutely no affect. Zero. Nada. They are just (very expensive) gummy bears... nothing but sugar! My mother, who’s in her 70’s with chronic back pain has also tried them and agrees completely.

Also, the packaging labels for both the 250 and 500 strengths says each serving has the same amount (20mg) even though the 250mg would have 10mg per serving so even that’s off.

I emailed the company for an explanation but got no response.

Great products & Excellent service!! 4th time ordering and still seeing great benefits from my oils and gummys. Have reccomened to my mum and friends and have only heard good things back! Keep up the great work guys 😁

Absolutely excellent! Don't bother going anywhere else if your looking for quality CBD. Me and my wife have been using Edens Gate for 2 months now and really happy with the service. Ive noticed people mentioning they are a scam but can assure everyone we always have received our stuff!

Terrible communication, seriously Terrible buds that look nothing like the pictures! Took over two weeks for my order to arrive and it didn't even turn up together I had to wait further days for the other half. AVOID! Buzzing Buddah are a CBD game changer, try them!

How bloody rude, I gave an honest 2 star review on their website for an order on £250 its was all stalk very wispy flows nothing like it stated.
I've tried to log in and they have removed my HONEST reveiw and now they have deleted my account. This will be forwarded to trading standards.
Pay a little more and go else where like hempelf or iceheadshop

We have received two different orders in the last month. CBD Oil & Balm.
This company is NOT a scam.
Tyler is awesome ... just bare with them, they are most probably very busy due to the sale prices on their items.

Ordered Sunday 19th April arrived Tuesday 21st, all nice buds, very relaxing effect, can’t knock it!

Placed an order on 26 March. Got a message and email to it had been dispatched on 27 march.
Nothing has arrived I have sent them messages. No response

I orderd on the 24feb 100pound order still waiting on delivery they told me was lost in the post they have sent another out and would be with me by friday 12th march still no order i will be phoning for my money back.

Con artists done reply to email paid £74.99 for some CBD jellies for my father to help with sleeping and stress after losing his wife. No shame this company disgusting! Avoid them like the plague

Ordered the Eden’s Gate CBD gummies for anxiety and have bee working like a treat!

Received four different strains and each of them we’re just shake from the bottom of the bag. Not a bud in sight. Terrible cbd flower supplier, go somewhere else.
