I had some cbd oil arrive in the mail that had leaked. It wasn’t a lot, but the top wasn’t screwed on properly, and some leaked out. I contacted them via their form, and they said they would replace it. Nine days pass with no item, and they ghosted me. I tried responding to the initial contact, and they still ghosted me. I sent another message a few days ago when I filled out a new contact form, and they ignored me. I tried calling their number a good hour or so before the end of their business day, and I received no answer. They never called back. I canceled my subscription. I don’t intend to ever buy anything from them again. I have email proof. I have call log proof.

CBDistillery has been great for me! I've enjoyed quality products so far & great customer service. My gummies one time had two short in count & they immediately refunded my shortage. Their attention to customer service details matters & always on time & professional. Funny how competitors can bash so be careful & trust your own experience. 😊

I recently registered with this cbd vendor on their website, cbdistillery.com, and first off, everything is a pain for us blind screen reader users, every time I would check out securely, I would try to enter my shipping address information, I would only get halfway there until an annoying popup box would say that they could not validate my address, with an ok button down at the bottom there, I was not finished writing my address yet! Also the accessibility menu at the top has a handy little screen reader at the top, but the handy screen reader does not read everything that is on their website! Stayaway from cbdistillery.com

DO NOT buy from this company for many many reasons. I ordered the 2500mg full spectrum oil. I noticed I wasn't feeling the effects that I should be. I looked at my bottle and noticed it didn't have a 3rd party test batch number. It was blank. So here is when it gets sad. First don't try calling their customer service phone number, because get this....they don't have one. It's 2019 not 1958. So everything had to be done email, but it actually worked out for me. That comes later. So I'm going back and forth with them via email. This is what I'm told to do after I sent them pictures of that bottle that proved their wasn't a 3rd party test batch number. I had to mail it back to them. Pay for the shipping fees. Once they received it they will send me another bottle and then they'll reimburse me for the shipping fee. Yup that's the great customer service of cbdistillery. Back to the emails. I called my credit card companies that I used. Filed a fraudulent claim. Got my money back in my account and get this. The emails that I had as proof of what I dealt with helped me to easily get my money back. Stay away from this company. Yah their prices are good, but your not getting what they say your getting. I mean they don't have a customer service phone number. Enough said!

We are on our 4th bottle of 60 softgels containing 30 mg of Infused Cannabinoid. That is a total of 1800 mg for a price of $115 or a cost of just under 6 1/2 cents per mg. I was just reviewing Greenroadsworld.com and their most economical 1500 mg for a price of $209.99 works out at about 14 cents per mg. So which is better $210 for 1500 mg or $115 for 1800 mg. So, know what you are getting divide your price into the number of milligrams of oil you will receive. You do not need a calculator just enter the cost on the search line above. $162.50/ then a slash to tell the computer to divide then put in the total mg that 162.50 will buy for the product you are looking at. In this case the total is 1000mg so 162.50/1000= 161/4 cents is the total cost per mg so again..this is not wholesale, it is higher than 3 times another producer's retail price. Get it...do the math check the lab reports CBD is a great opportunity for fraud. Do your homework.
