Cbeautymall Reviews

Siempre han enviado rápido y sin problemas. Me encanta porque puedes encontrar marcas muy interesantes y de buena calidad.

Amazing ! Absolutely love my palettes. Quick shipping and well packed. I recommend 🖤

Great experience. And my new favorite lipstick is a girl cult freebie they include.

I absolutely love cbeautymall and never had an issue with them. The products they sell are fantastic, and taking in account how long the parcel has to travel is 10/10.

Amazing! My eyeshadow palette was lost in transit, the replacement arrived shortly after.
Just the best❤️

I've bought 4 products from cbeautymall, after few weeks it turned out 2 of the items are not available. I could change them for other products from this price range, but i've chosen the first ones with a cause- i wanted those particular products, not substitutes.

I placed an order on the 26th of September of a few hundred dollars. By 9th of October there was still no delivery notification (I didn't order anything on preorder), so I emailed and was told that they would only be arranging shipments late Oct to Early Nov. I said I understood and would wait, but asked to change the delivery address in that case. Mid-November I received an email confirming shipment. I checked a few times and then waited for a delivery confirmation email or the parcel, but opted to be patient given the already long lead time and overseas shipping. Come 11th of December I go to check again and it had been "delivered" on the 25th of November, 15 days ago. I contacted customer support immediately and provided screenshots to ask about the situation and for a redelivery or refund. Instead of contacting the courier, their customer service actually sent me back a screenshot of the SAME delivery notice I had just sent them, and basically sent me an email asking me to go look for it myself. Unbelievable "customer service" DO NOT SHOP HERE

I love the range of Chinese brands and products on their website! The shipping was pretty quick (I live in the EU) and the products arrived undamaged, they were packaged really well! Will definitely order again :)

Magnifiques produits mais commandés en août et reçu en octobre !

I love Cbeautymall so much! I love that it has a range of brands that are underground for those in the United States and that we have a way to access them. Shipping has always been quick and their customer service has been super super responsive!

I appreciate the updates I received on my order. I purchased an item that had to be pre-ordered so it took a while to receive my item. However, once it shipped it did arrive in a timely matter. My product is ALSO so beautiful! I’m so happy with my purchase.

Excelente productos mil gracias

They have great brands for a good price and the shipping was pretty fast. Everything was wrapped in bubble wrap but the products were put in a box that was way too huge, which surprised me a bit. Nothing was damaged tho.

I always have a perfect experience with C beauty mall, I love that I can trust that their products are legitimate & their shipping is very reasonable, much faster than other foreign shipping that I use. I use them for all my Chinese beauty needs because their selection is huge & they are meticulous about providing great service.

Great range of products and good prices. Very fast shipping and safe packaging. They always seem to include a gift that complements the other ordered products and allows me to try new products I would not have known about otherwise. My favorite shop for C-beauty.

Me encanta colaborar con Cbeautymall, los productos son increíbles y el envío suele tardar una semana o incluso menos. Super recomendable!

The products are fabulous, but the most impressive thing is their shipping. Very fast from China, plus well packed; never had anything arrive broken. Love it!!!

The palettes 🎨 from Cbeautymall are very pigmented, great quality !

Customer service was great and my package arrived perfectly!

I am impressed by the effects of the lights and the pigmentation of the mattes. The palette is also very affordable. Go for it
