Most poor service,completely unprofessional and a worst banking we have every come across,they don’t serve customer they make customer serve them,every single transaction they need same document again and again and amount get credited almost after 1 week and if you want to send to your customer than they will as as many question as they can by the time the suppliers cancels the order or revised with price hike ,PLEASE DONT GO TO OPEN ACCOUJT WITH THIS BANK ALL THE AGENT YOUR RECOMMEDN YOU TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK ARE ALL JUST A SALES MAN AND DONT UNDERSTSND THE REAL BANKING

I registered with cbibank.com and paid a total setup fee of over $1000, and we started, but they keep asking for ridiculous verifications. They didn't mention these procedures at first.

I completed KYC and KYB verification.
I participated in a video conference.
Additionally, they now say they will call me for a voice conference, which is frustrating me. If you're afraid of a 4-step verification process, don't pursue this profession.
They also won't give me my money back.

I opened an account with them and the process was smooth, fast and great.

I contacted the official website of the CBiBank to open an account for my company. There is a breach in their system because I have been contacted right away by someone from China who said they came from their Main Chinese branch. That person asked me for all my corporate documents, bank statement and ID to open the account. I realised it was a scam when they asked me for money by email and validated my request in few minutes. Now someone can steal my identity in China. I reported the issue to CBiBank on WhatsApp I sent them all the screenshots they barely believed in me and I never received any message or any apology for that. So I advice you to never go there, the website application is really not safe, I will just register my business elsewhere.

I have had a difficult banking issue at cbi Muscatine Iowa. The bank manager Sherill funke was excellent at helping me solve it and went above and beyond to help. Sherill was phenomenal, even calling me after business hours to help.

According with own experience , I am new costumer with this bank and is a disaster, they just want to keep your money don't believe anything they say , I send several transfer to my account and been received to the bank never show on my account , costumer services is very unprofessional , they don't know anything, don't recommend this bank anyone , please be aware

I would like to express my serious concern regarding the quality of service provided by CBI Bank. Throughout our cooperation, we have repeatedly encountered unjustified delays in processing payments, even when all requested documents were submitted in a timely manner. Requests for additional information are often accompanied by demands for excessive documentation, yet even after fulfilling all requirements, the transfers remain unprocessed for extended periods.
This situation is negatively affecting our business relationships with partners, undermining trust and causing financial losses. Moreover, the bank’s response time to inquiries is highly unsatisfactory — we are often left waiting for several days, which is completely unacceptable in a business environment.
I consider this approach to client service by CBI Bank to be unprofessional and unacceptable. I sincerely hope the bank will review its internal procedures and take immediate action to improve the quality and reliability of its services.

Our company, Sirius Trade and Consulting Hong Kong Limited, has experienced outrageous unprofessionalism and possibly fraudulent actions by CBI Bank HK.

For over a month, this bank has been illegally withholding our funds and intentionally blocking our payments without any valid explanation. They continuously request additional documents, which we immediately provide, yet after submission, the bank simply stops responding and refuses to process transactions.

As a result of these actions:

Clients are canceling contracts, as we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to frozen funds.
Suppliers demand payments, but the bank prevents us from transferring funds.
Our company’s reputation is at serious risk, as CBI Bank HK is actively sabotaging our business operations.
Furthermore, we discovered that the bank does not have a valid license in Hong Kong and operates under a license from Puerto Rico. We strongly question the legitimacy of its operations and are preparing to escalate complaints to regulators and law enforcement for further investigation.

If you value security and reliability in your financial transactions, stay far away from CBI Bank HK! We strongly advise against doing business with this institution.
